Comments are in relation to Granite House Preston. We recently had new worktops and an island installed. Our experience from the moment we visited the showroom to after sales service has been excellent. All staff members we have dealt with have been polite and knowledgeable. A particular thanks to Daniel who dealt with an after sale query we had which was resolved speedily to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. Brendan (Liverpool)

Excellent Service by all at the Granite…
Excellent Service by all at the Granite House. Jo updated me on progress and an early installation which was welcome as this was a replacement Quartz worktop - so good to begin to get the kitchen back in working order. Installation team of Jack, Conner and Nathan were brilliant. A very cheerful and professional bunch of lads.

Grantite House Preston - excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, from the moment we entered the showroom we were impressed. They measured and delivered exactly when promised, and we're thrilled with our new InfinitiStone worktops.
If only all companies were as good as this one!

Amazing! So happy with the result and the level of support along the way.
From start to finish our experience with the Granite House has been amazing! We've done a large project and added and changed things along the way and nothing has been too much. The support we have received has been fantastic.
The installation team were just as helpful and professional as the team in the office.
Honestly, thank you so much to Lynne and the whole team!

I am very pleased with the product and…
I am very pleased with the product and service provided by the Granite House. After having ridiculous quotes from local supplies in Northampton I went slightly further afield and was not disappointed. Granit House did an excellent job on my two worktops for a very reasonable price.

All round Excellent service and product
Showroom staff/designers very helpful offering suggestions and advice all within my budget. Surveyor very professional and took a lot of care and time to ensure we got the finish as we wanted. Fitters cheerful and professional. The complimentary gift pack was a nice little touch. The granite choice made the kitchen. Well done Granite House Bicester.

I would like to recommend “ The Granite house”
in Bicester, Oxfordshire, for being an excellent company.
The Granite House was recommended to us so we emailed them, we arranged to meet with Lynne Ottway
who when we arrived made us feel very welcome and relaxed and talked us through different options on different types of worktops.
We received a quote from Lynne which was very competitive, we agreed to go ahead and then the wheels were put in motion .
Simon came round to template the kitchen and again like Lynne explained everything to us and gave us options of overhangs and finishes on the edges and positions of joints.
The fitting team came to fit the quartz top and were very polite and tidy and informative.
We had an item that didn’t quite fit and we called The Granite House and without any questions they came out the next day to sort it, excellent service.
I would highly recommend “The Granite House” to anyone else as a top quality company, doing it right.
