Great service
Fast and efficient service. Posted my broken, old jewelry that I don't wear, on a Friday. Monday morning received a very good offer which was in my bank in seconds. What a great service.

No offer received
Item returned 24/12/24 @ 10:42am and no offer received. No way to contact via email to find out what has happened. Extremely disappointing considering it was a high-value item.

Hi,
Unfortunately, timing was the issue here. As seen through the other reviews on our Trustpilot, we aways make offers on the day items are received, where customers are contactable, and this applies throughout the year. However, our office closed (as was stated on our website) on Christmas Eve and therefore, we were unable to value your items. Your package is safely stored and will be appraised on the 2nd of January, so this was literally the only day of the year that this situation could occur and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
The Gold Company
Second time experience

Hi Mr Russell, we've looked at this and we can't find any record of a transaction with you, however on an assumption that you have sent us your items and we returned them, this would be due to the value of your items being below our threshold.
By all means, if you could give us a call on 0800 124 4759, we will be happy to investigate this further.

Nearly £600 paid out! Amazing 🤩
Quick, efficient and trustworthy experience. I had thought about trading in some broken gold jewellery for a while but was concerned about being scammed. After hearing an advert on the radio for The Gold Company I haven’t looked back. All done in 2 days and was amazed the amount of money I got for BROKEN jewellery. Money transferred whilst I was on the phone to them. Brilliant service and great cash injection just before Christmas.

Fantastic service if you are looking to sell your valuables
I had some broken jewellery that had just been sitting in my jewellery box for years, so thought I would see what it was worth. The pack arrived the very next day, sent my gold back and the day it was received, I got a text with my valuation and my payment was made within 10 minutes of accepting it. Fantastically quick service and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend this company.
