Running a business often means doing everything yourself, even the parts that don't need to be done by you. Emails, scheduling, content, admin work- it adds up, and every hour spent on it is an hour not spent on the work that actually grows your business. The Global Assist matches founders, coaches, and growing businesses with trained virtual assistants, AI automation specialists, and social media managers who are ready to take that weight off from day one. Every professional we place goes through a structured vetting process before you ever see a profile, so you're not left managing someone who needs constant oversight or hoping a resume tells the full story. Whether you need help running your calendar and inbox, managing customer support, or keeping your social media consistent and active, we match you with someone suited to the actual work, not just a general assistant. If you're ready to get your time back without losing visibility or control over your business, book a free discovery call and let's talk about what you need.
