DO NOT BUY from this store! They will take your money, have you pay upgraded shipping fee, then not ship for 6 days. It is sitting because they actually didn't have the item in stock and they don't inform the consumer of this. I am still wondering if I will actually receive my product and if I wasn't just scammed completely. They sell out of SHOP.COM and Shop is useless, so be careful who you purchase from through there as well.

If I could leave a negative score I would. This company and the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a product, it was late twice and then outright never received. I contacted customer service who just sent me a tracking number showing the product was still sitting in a warehouse over a month later. The company would not refund me until I received their product, which never shipped. I also stated to cancel all future subscriptions and do not charge me. The company responded stating the canceled my subscriptions and all future orders. Then the following day I am charged over $90 for their products. I contacted customer service immediately and was told they would resolve the issue. Then I was sent a notice my products were shipped. I responded back requesting a full refund based off the customer service email stating cancelation PRIOR to the credit card charges, and was told it was already in transit so I needed it just wait for the product. I have still never received the first product.

I contacted this company five times in total trying to resolve these issues all immediately and even after confirmation of cancelation by customer service, was still charged. This company is untrustworthy, does not stand behind their "money-back guarantee" and completely failed to even deliver a product let alone a service. Do not waste your time or money for a company that completely disregards their customers and basic business ethics.
