Despite the fact that we completed tens of thousands of online transactions, we are still very much a family company and aim to stay that way. The reason that we can give you fantastic products at such great prices is that by selling it direct, we don't need to add on any extra margin to cover costs. This way we both win; we get the sale and you get a high quality item often at a lot less than you would pay in the shops! First Clase Customer Service - rarely seen!!

I recently purchased (from Amazon) an item which, when it arrived, was damaged. I contacted Chris at around 4pm on a Wednesday, discussed the issue and within 20min a new item was purchased and on its way to me. By 8:50am the next morning it had arrived. Chris was brilliant throughout and obviously understands the meaning of 'amazing customer service'. I cannot recommend him and the Giftery enough. I'd never heard of them before this - but I'll certainly go to them direct next time I need something for wifeys birthday! Thank you Chris!
