Not only did I receive my order so much faster than I expected, the quality was so much higher than that of any of the many other collars or leads that we've previously purchased elsewhere. What was also so impressive was their beautiful customer service. I accidentally bought a smaller collar than I should have and they responded to my exchange request so quickly and kindly. I don't usually take the time to review products unless there's something about the product or company that particularly impresses me. In this case, I was incredibly impressed by both! Lovely bright colours and really strong materials

Love it, had great customer service even before I purchase as have had issue my my dog escaping from harnesses, have had lots of people ask where it’s from already, only issue is I ordered the ‘standard’ lead for my bulldog and it’s way too long takes up the entire footpath and it’s harder to retract her but my fault should have paid better attention to the measurements, would definitely suggest the small lead to others
