I received Winchester bottles with polycone caps, scent strips, perfume bottle holders, beautiful perfume bottles, and wonderful materials. The quality of the materials is truly top class, genuine AAA-grade perfumery ingredients.

The polycone caps seal extremely well, the bottles feel high quality, and the wider openings make working with materials much easier, especially for pipetting and handling thicker materials.

Delivery was very quick - this is important because the other stores are VERY slow.

The bottles are labeled not just on the side but on the top so you can find it in a drawer, you also get a little pack of preprepared stickers for your dilutions.

Sam Macer is extremely knowledgeable about perfumery and I've been learning from his YpuTube channel for a few weeks now. Found out he had a store and I:m so glad I did. He's professional, the products are all well and nearly packaged. The website is easy to understand, simple yet beautiful and functional. I appreciate all the information about the different raw materials he gives. The delivery is so quick I won't mind if it gets slower as his business grows because it'll still be faster than most other online stores. He and his team couldn't do more, customer service wise.
