i didn’t get a notification that my order had been processed or shipped. i emailed fragrance cart to ask about the status and only then got an email saying the order had shipped. i immediately clicked the FedEx tracking, and instead of saying the delivery was on its way, it said a delivery had been attempted and failed. the delivery required a signature, which i had no way of knowing and so wasn’t home for the first delivery attempt. i then had to make arrangements the next day with FedEx to leave it at a delivery point, but the perfume had already been sent out for a second attempt at delivery. by some chance, the FedEx courier somehow showed up during the 45-minute window that someone was home during the day. so yes, i did get my order, but better communication could have avoided a lot of stress.

Thank you, Elsie, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad your fragrance order arrived safely, but we sincerely apologize for the lack of timely shipping and tracking communication. We understand how frustrating it must have been to learn about the signature requirement only after a FedEx delivery attempt had already been made. Your feedback regarding order updates, shipping notifications, and delivery communication is valuable, and we’ll use it to help improve our customer experience. Thank you for choosing FragranceCart, and we hope to provide you with a much smoother shopping and delivery experience next time.
I couldn't believe how quickly I received the parcel. It was well packed and I was notified of the delivery along the way. Excellent service. Would definitely purchase from you again. Great service and delivery.
