I bought a tooth and paid extra for track & trace. I was able to track my package well; it was well packaged and arrived in very good condition and intact. I am very satisfied with the product and the shipping method.

Very great product as described, fast shipping, reasonable price, but communication and tracking updates from the seller took quite a while! I think that was the only downside; otherwise, it was a great shopping experience! Highly recommend seller and A+ business!

Is this a joke? Sending me a request for rating when I have received no shipment notification after over a week? Are you on holiday and this was automatic? I sent a polite e-mail message asking for a status on my order, and have heard nothing back. If you were not recommended by a reliable source, I would have already canceled payment. The "Track order with Shop" link does not work. Essentially, nothing besides the original order acknowledgement e-mail and this ridiculous survey message has done anything to indicate your web site represents a functioning business.

As a returning customer, I am always very pleased with the quality, which has been exactly as described and the communication is very friendly as well.

My name is Chris Allen and I just received a package from my brother Charles R Kemp. It had the most wonderful collection of fossils and they were displayed and labeled so wonderfully. I just love what he got from you for me to use in my programs. I am a Program Specialist for the Hancock Parks here in Ohio and I do a lot of programs on rock and fossils for kids and adults. On July 9, I will be hosting an Open House at the Oakwoods Nature Discovery Center on Dinosaurs and these will be a great addition to my display. I will be taking a closer look at what you have about Dinosaurs. Thanks to you and My Brother Charlie who likes to buy me things!!

Some of my favorite stuff, quick and easy

An excellent buying experience from a trusted and reliable source ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good customer service. When the fossil I ordered didn't arrive when expected, I reached out on social media and Matthew (I think is his name) was very quick to respond to my concern and threw in a few extra fossils. Will shop from again.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend as a first time buyer.

Perfect and as described, very happy with my purchase and I’d happily purchase fossils from them again.

Great and trustworthy service; transactions were handled well, my fossil arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the item was exactly as pictured and described. This is a great place to buy authentic fossils!

Thefossilemporium offers a selection of great and hard to find fossils that are very well priced along with excellent service and very efficient packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend them.
