His book "institutional intent" is ABSURDLY priced for a book that is so poorly edited & formatted. Numerous grammatical errors that lead to misunderstanding, images that are barely clear and pixelated, repetitive empty platitudes and fluff before driving home a point that could've been made more succinctly. Please save your 130 EUROS and watch the plethora of free Footprint material online which more than covers the subject in a better way. I regret buying this book when he doesn't even clarify that imbalances are read diagonally, not horizontally! This book is now just an expensive coffee mug mat.

I found Kevin through Instagram as well as Selina. Initially, I was skeptical because of the number of fake educators in this industry. However, after asking Kevin some basic questions, I felt that him taking time out to reply shows he is trustworthy and decided to make the purchase. I decided to leave no stone unturned and bought everything he had put out. The Whale Order, The Indices Masterclass, Supply and Demand Masterclass, Element 88 by Selina, and of course The Practicum 2.0.

Now the course itself I felt was outdated because the whole group uses ATAS to trade but the content uses SierraCharts. The content also had no logical flow as it was just old trading sessions being explained. Lastly, some material such as “Boris’s Journal” makes no sense as we have no idea who that is.

Coming to ATAS, Kevin fails to mention that the subscription is also separate and the data feed is also another charge. I was willing to look past this as I felt that it was just a business expense I would deal with.

What really irked me was what was happening in The Practicum. This group was advertised as a group with “live trading”. This is was untrue as no live sessions are held. People just post charts before the session and everyone throws up a fire emoji. That is not educational. I along with other members kindly requested Kevin and Selina to hold a live session for Practicum members to show us how they mark up their charts or how they mentally prepare for the trading session. This was immediately declined. I then asked if Kevin can screen record a session and publish it with his narration added after so we can see how he is looking at the order flow. Not only was this also declined but Kevin sends a voice note saying “not everyone here will be profitable”. That was when I began reconsidering my subscription. A few weeks later, Kevin begins marketing that he will be holding live sessions but for a minimum of $2,000. For me, that was the final straw. I had realized there won’t be any live sessions for Practicum members and its $99.00 cost simply isn’t worth the money. Keep in mind that is on top of the $1400 paid for course materials, $60/month for ATAS, $50/month for data feed. I disliked how everything Kevin has put out has become a cash grab. Overall, this could’ve been so much better but lazy effort from Kevin and Selina prompted myself and at least 5 others to quit the Practicum.

Now, we find out Kevin has put out a book called Institutional Intent, with his “signature” (as if that matters) for once again more money.

I can honestly say that even the content from the course mostly could be found on YouTube (which I did later) and therefore my recommendation is to not purchase this course until serious changes are made.

Edit 1: Upon submitting my review, Kevin decides to respond. After reading his feedback, I have now changed my score from 2/5 to a 1/5.

My response: I was wrong about the name of the platform as it is ClusterDelta and not Sierra Charts. This was a name mix-up on my end. However, my point stands. Members in the Practicum all use ATAS and this includes Kevin and Selina as well. Regardless, the content has no logical flow to it as it is just past trades shown after the fact. Hindsight is 20/20 and anyone can post old trades and say “I’ve done this or I’ve done that”.

My response: I seriously think Kevin should Google the definition of “live trading”. Please do not insult the intelligence of your customers. When you advertise your group as live sessions in a paid group, the idea is that you at the very least are showing how you are executing in real time. By your standards, anyone can open a group and if you are trading on your own while in that group, you can call it “live trading”. If not, what exactly are you charging for? Keep in mind, I have seen better effort to keep the group engaged from some unprofitable members than the leaders themselves.

My response: Kevin claims that ATAS is a professional tool that one should expect to pay for. Keep in mind, none of this is mentioned on the website as one pays for the course. Again, I was willing to look past this. However, The Practicum does not have structure. There is ZERO live trading sessions, ZERO backtesting sessions, ZERO analytical videos. You will only get a screenshot of his markups.

My response: I stand by calling a lot of the material a cash grab. Please note that I had spent at least 6 months with Kevin’s content and others being in the group for longer before writing this review. Everything he has put out has a price tag.

My response: I have noticed Kevin replying to any negative review as being “inauthentic”. If you cannot even keep track of customers who buy from you, that tells me everything about the structure of how you’re running things. I can respect with being challenged but do not appreciate being called a liar.

I’m disappointed because the strategy is well marketed, looks fancy and since I had learned from them before, I expected higher standards this time too. Unfortunately, that expectation wasn’t met.







Here are the main issues I experienced:







- The strategy appears unique and advanced at first glance, partly due to the use of platforms like ATAS and other order flow tools. However, these are publicly available to anyone with a separate subscription. If anyone can access the same tools, how can the strategy be considered exclusive or “not retail”? It’s neither institutional nor particularly innovative. What’s more, these third-party tools are not included and their extra cost is not communicated upfront. New users will only find out after purchasing the course that they’ll need to pay even more just to apply the strategy properly. While the strategy may look good in hindsight on historical data and it does work, its performance in real-time trading is much less convincing than it seems.






- Both the course and the Discord access are behind a subscription-based paywall, which is acceptable. However, live calls are limited, and when they do occur, an extra fee is charged for them, claiming it's to provide personalized support. If you’re already paying for membership in a premium group, why is additional payment required just to speak to someone? This feels more like a cash grab than a genuine attempt to help.







- One of the educators on Discord, Selina, didn’t even respond to my questions - despite this being a paid group where students should expect direct interaction from instructors.







- Before joining, I asked about how the Discord worked and was told to avoid asking too many questions in order to “keep the chats clean and organized”, and instead email them. I did, and while the first reply was helpful, the second time I asked some technical questions, which weren’t covered or explained in the course, instead of answers, I got a “personalized offer” priced between €2,000 and €10,000. That’s not support - it’s a high-ticket upsell.






Based on my past experience with them and considering this is a subscription-based program, I expected real guidance via email or Discord - not to be funneled into a sales pitch. The real issue is not with the strategy itself but with how aggressively they try to charge for everything. Offering a “custom package” for thousands of euros after already paying for the course and Discord membership is a rip-off.

No hard feelings on my side. I paid and they delivered. But my experience shows there are better courses out there that provide real support and guidance without hiding extra costs behind every interaction.

I've bought Kev's Supply and Demand course 4 years ago. Now I also want to note that before buying Kev's course I was hopping from mentor to mentor, course to course, and this is the course that I stopped at and said "This was it."

Trading has beat me up for the past 4 years. I would be motivated to study & trade, and after every failure I would quit for a few months. Then I would come back to trading again, and repeated this cycle of inconsistency for 4 years straight.

8 Months ago I got tired of being a loser, and came back to trading again. This time I ask myself "What happens if I don't quit?". I decided to take things serious. I went through the Supply and Demand course again, and backtested for a couple months.

After seeing consistency using Kev's Supply and Demand strategy in backtested data. I moved onto The Whale Order book, and finished The Whale Order Course. I needed the tools to apply the knowledge I absorbed, so I decided to join The Practicum. To my surprise the model of The Practicum was changed to 2.0, but this was a blessing in disguise.

The Practicum was packed with knowledge, and entry models that are worth more than what I can ask for. In my first months of Practicum I struggled a lot with my psychology and took many losses. Because truthfully from the inconsistent first 4 years of my trading journey I don't have more than 1-2 years experience of trading live.

After 3 months, I was able to see improvements in my trading and took fewer losses compared to when I first joined. I even paid a month for the Indices Course and Selina's Element88 to improve my knowledge. They are very well worth the investments as my core focus is trading NASDAQ.

Current date is January 19, 2025. My current stage of trading is at breakeven. But I do have firm belief that if I keep up the current momentum without giving up for the rest of this year... I will be able to witness real magic.

If you're reading this, and deciding on whether to buy the courses from Kev. I would highly recommend that you buy them because they can shorten your learning curve. Thousands of hours that Kev and Selina put into creating the courses, a life's work.

I am also a firm believer in Law of Attraction, and that each step leads eventually to a higher place. No matter good or bad, each step is necessary and perfect to elevate life. And I believe you can also create real magic with the guidance of Kev and Selina's teachings if you are committed and serious.

Just don't do what I did for the first 4 years haha, but I don't regret it as I said each step is necessary and perfect. Thank you for reading my story.

I paid € 295,00 for 1 month of the masterclass to get very few information and lot of them are wrong. In this courses there isn't even a video of live trading, everything in made after that the market moved, everyone is able to be a great trader (on the charts) if it's not live.
Actually the win rate of kevin is 100%, everytime he enter the market is a tp...0 stop loss..it's a little bit strange isn't it?
In some video he say somenthing and in other video the opposite and in 1 video while he's speaking you can clearly ear someone whashing the dishes...really?? € 295 a month....
Some documents are pirated from other web pages, the length of the videos is 6/7 minutes on average, and 90% of them concern the explanation of trade that have been executed in the past.
I had a regular job, i love trading and the process of learning but i don't have money to waste, because of this i invested in this courses because I had great faith in Kevin and i believed he was a good trainer..., unfortunately he's not. Don't waste your money guys.

Kevin & Selina are hardcore sellers: it has nothing to do that I do not admire them, I do like their marketing scheme and here are my tips to improve your sales. First remove your writing errors in your Dutch slides webinar, e.g. Conclusie is met 1 s. As well implement real order flow tools as institutional traders use at Beurplein 5 Amsterdam, it might be a good idea to see your face and live trade on professional tools as Sierra Chart. Let me explain the difference of a professional order flow and semi pro tool as Atas. On Atas you can see many elements as the Bid and Ask, for pro order flow tools you need to see more like institutional traders do on Beursplein 5 -you can see trading firms with Sierra Charts. Please do not see this as I publish a diss, it is simply a tip to add Sierra Charts to your program. So what do you gain with pro tools as Sierra Charts: you see extra the depth bids and offers with each transaction, this you cannot see at Atas. A pure advantage increase of raw data of big firms with information that you see is how many contracts are bought and sold in the live transaction and paired with each bid contracts and sold contracts. Please look it up, you can see this on youtube that this is not visible with Atas. Also you see this advantage on Sierra charts trading videos on youtube. Again I am not a hater, just keep up the good work selling your impressive course but do look at professional order flow tools as Sierra charts, with footprint data, volume profile, Depth of Market, Market Delta, Identification of large orders by the companies

I bought 2 of his courses, 1 was the whale order, one the indice masterclass.

I rlly tried to find a CONSISTANT success with the strategies, but for me it wasn’t possible, because there is no repeatable daily top down approach given. The whale order is written like from a 10 year old who just took the knowledge from the internet and copy, pasted it. There are several spelling errors, which made it hard to take serious. Nothing new u find there.

If u read it, it might seem legit, but after the course I bought a normal Orderflow trading book for 1/10 of the „whale order“ price, and the knowledge is 10 times more useful for me. This is not to talk anything down, but just the facts how it is. Kev don’t give any fixed entry strategy, it’s way to imprecise and too generalised and descrationary, themes are briefly touched upon, but as I said it’s only superficial knowledge.

In the Videos of the course, he always talk about the same things, only show his entry’s and imbalance levels on low tfs, but doesn’t show a higher timeframe analyses or top down approach ONE SINGLE TIME in the course. Sry but there is no long term added value on buying this course for me. It will just confuse u. Everyone who talk positive here, does it because he don’t got a comparison, I do.

Maybe there are some ppl who are successful with his strategy, but I personally didn’t hear from one single person, that built a legit track record based on this knowledge.. there are other courses where u got hundreds of successful traders, who show their results.. a passed funded account isn’t a proof for anything by the way. Everyone can pass a funded.

Also Kev got no track record, his Future executions are not visible in the orderbook etc.. big question mark.
In this industry u need more transparency, broker statements etc. if u can’t show this
, things are hard to believe.

I'm not saying this doesn't work but im leaving this bad review because of how i was treated. It was a year or two ago when i purchased this course. The communication leading up towards purchasing this course was very good and even for a couple of weeks after. I got sent a link to join a group they had on i think it was called switch so i joined it. I then put a post on there just simply asking if anyone wanted to work with me as trading partners so we could hold each other accountable and obviously trade the same way kev trades. Then without any explanation i was removed from the group so i emailed customer help and kev on the same email addresses i had made previous contacted on. I did this numerous times and literally got ignored and still to this day i have never received an explanation. I literally did nothing wrong and it disappointed me because i bought into these guys and they was more than happy to take my money. They will probably comment on here saying please email customer service and we will sort it out but they most likely won't.

good product for supply & Demand, however I'm in the practicum 2.0 group, and on the emails he advertises is live trading, there is no live trading, and no zoom calls or live discord video.
high price to pay for subscription for recap photos on what happened on an indice gold/nasdaq trade with no live calls on this channel as stated as advertised in emails from theforexscalper.

Update: Haven't seen 1 live trade yet, it’s all after the trades have been done are the post he makes, and customer support never answers.

This is a community you want to be a part of! Kev constantly is changing the game and giving value to his students. I have been in the trading world for about 5 years and honestly not too successful I've been with TFS for I want to say 2 or maybe 3 of those and Ive learned more that I can apply here that anywhere else. Ive spent thousands on courses and Theforexscalpers information and community really makes me feel like I have a fighting chance and I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL. don't compare your journey to anyone else if you feel it in your heart to invest in this course do it! KNOWLEDGE IS POWER <3
