Great Overall Customer Service (Chat / Phone)

Very helpful, Great Service and Overall a Very Positive Experience! They promptly answered any questions I had before placing my order via their Chat medium. I was contacted immediately (next business day) when an issue arose with my online order and then given the option to either partially cancel my order or proceed with and choose an alternative item. Order was fulfilled and shipped very promptly! Highly Recommend The FlyFisher!

Impeccable service

Impeccable service. I mistakenly forgot to include a full address for postage and within 10 minutes of placing the order I had received a call to clarify, and the item was posted immediately.

Great website, fantastic range of products and incredible service from the team.
