Haskel was very polite

Haskel was very polite and accommodating. He assisted me with problems we were having with our credit card. He made the process very easy. I would highly recommend this man's services to anyone. Thank you Mr. Haskel.

Stressed out

I was very stressed out because I had purchased airline tickets and then the Visa did not go through which it seemed weird that they wanted you to get the air flights before getting a visa. I was very pleased with the agent I received his name is Haskell✨ a real superstar!! He handled my problem promptly professionally and with pleasure. He calmed my nerves and put a smile on my face and in my heart ❤️ What a great day I'm having now! 👍🏼 He is a blessing to your company.

Ryan Belford who was our agent was…

Ryan Belford who was our agent was extremely helpful to us! He took the time to explain what and why the situation we were in was happening (cancelled flight, check-in troubles for rebooked flight etc....) very calm demeanor! We needed that! Also, he took care of us start to finish!! Thank you Ryan!!!

Professional service

We had a great experience with Mr. Haskel while planning our trip and booking our tickets. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Truly appreciate the excellent service!

Lenny was GREAT!

Traveling with a dog and a kennel is a very challenging experience. I did not want to have to make a call, I just wanted to book my ticket online. The first person to pick up my call was Lenny and he actually made the whole experience positive. He was kind, patient, and worked hard to get me the best deal. Thanks Lenny!
