Having known Josh for a number of years from his bodybuilding days, I knew he was a man of discipline and someone I aspired to be like not in a physical sense, but in a mental and emotional sense. Josh is a very cerebral person, his words are thought out and his actions are purposeful - these were qualities I sought to take on and implement into my own life. Josh’s approach is well structured and I was always well supported by his kindness and compassion outside of our sessions together.

I felt able to relate to Josh through my experiences and felt a genuine care from him when discussing my challenges - Josh is a phenomenal speaker but also a very conscientious listener whose responses are well thought out and valuable. Although our struggles have been different, his empathy brought us together and I never felt alone or embarrassed to talk about the things that were on my mind.
