Impressive
I ordered via the finest bubble having been very let down by the Champagne Company (who I usually use but will never use again!). I was really impressed with their tracking and delivery confirmation and the speed with which the deliveries were sent. I would a happily use again!

Dear RT, thank you for the feedback, we ship boxes via DHL and for two reasons the cardboard cases are fully taped, firstly we pack inside the box with paper bubble wrap, then we secure the box with tape, to hold the bottles secure and to anonymise the parcel. We have done this for ten years because it reduces breakages or missing parcels to virtually nothing. We did reach out to you this morning and agree to provide a new empty carboard box as on this rare occasion the carboard case was important.
Same day service - brilliant

100% reliable
100% reliable. Ordered late in the evening and it was delivered the next morning. Received email notifications advising when the driver was en route and when the package was delivered and who signed for it. The prices are great and not to mention I was purchasing from the US for my friend in London and had no issues using my US card and details to pay. Would highly recommend and plan to use again! Thanks!
