Excellent customer service

The day after I placed an order, it was packed and ready to ship via UPS.Very fast service. However, the parcel was delayed at UPS in Surrey, B.C. and was not delivered on time. In the meantime, I contacted The Facial Room via email and told them of this delay. Immediately, they resent the product via Canada Post Express and was received within 3 days. Very pleased with customer service.

Relatively quick shipping

Relatively quick shipping . INCREDIBLE packaging and TONS of extra surprises inside Def shopping for all of my Eminence products right here from now on ! So much more efficient than the other “boutique “ online stores I’ve tried !

Love Facial Room and Eminence products

I have been using Eminence creams, facial washes and lip gloss for 14 years. I trust Facial Room to offer all the products at great prices. They also give lovely samples so you can try new products.
