I ordered the case and been waiting 10 days for it. It has been collected by Evri but it is just stuck there for the first one week and not sure why. I contacted the essential tech to chase and no response at all. I contacted Evri, they said they have escalated it but so far nothing

An absolute scam company. I ordered a phone case that never arrived. I sent them mails about the order and they never answered back. I took legal actions and blocked my card’s charge through the bank. AVOID THE COMPANY

I have made a recent purchase from this company and have not received the item. Nor have I received a satisfactory response from the company. This company is a scam. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I am now £16 out of pocket with nothing to show for it because it's a scam

Purchased after seeing an advert on Instagram. I paid for 2 covers. Neither have arrived and after 4 emails attempts to customer service with no response I decided to write this review. I will now attempt to recover my payment costs

Purchased the NanoGlass MagSafe case for iPhone 17 pro and it arrive damaged, with a crack across the backside of the case. I’ve emailed them 3 times over 3 weeks requesting a replacement or refund and have not received a response. Don’t waste your money.

Case broken with a couple of weeks of light use. Its clearly poorly designed and is also breaching copyright law by using the apple logo. Save your money and buy something that will last. Seems like this is a common issue if you read the reviews.

I bought a case for my iPhone in April, and by June it was already cracked on three of the four corners. I posted a bad review on their website, and not only did they not respond, they even deleted it.
To top it all off, the back cover came off yesterday...

Ho effettuato un ordine grazie ad una inserzione apparsa su Instagram e attratto dal prezzo molto competitivo e dal video di presentazione ho effettuato l'ordine subito. Inizialmente ero scoraggiato , avendo letto solo dopo le recensioni (tutte negative) mi sono trovato disorientato e mi aspettavo solo il peggio ma mi sono dovuto ricredere. Il prodotto mi è arrivato integro , ben confezionato , abbastanza coerente alla descrizione e realizzato con cura. Per quel che costa inviterei la gente a pensare un di più prima di scrivere perchè è ovvio che non si tratta di un prodotto di qualità premium ma è comunque di buona fattura e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho aspettato un poco di tempo per ricevere il mio pacco ma ne è valsa la pena.

Wouldn’t buy from them. Within a week cracks started to appear on the case near the camera. Very poor quality

The protection for the iPhone is very poor quality. It cracked very quickly, but completely. I contacted them but they say they only accept complaints for two weeks.

Avoid at all cost -ordered a case for my iPhone 15 pro max, item was shipped from china and took 2 weeks to arrive. Once it finally showed up, I had it on my phone for less than 24 hours before attempting to (gently!) remove it for cleaning at which point the back of the case instantly cracked in several places. Attempted to contact the support team via email, but like others, I’ve had no response at all from essential tech. Extremely poor product & customer service

Ordered a case for iPhone 13 Pro and it arrived chipped, the plastic covers for the cameras had come off and the build quality was poor. For £15, you’re better off getting a phone case from a reputable company and not make the same mistake that I did.

In my experience, this was one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The case I received was broken, and although I was told I would get a refund, that never happened. It’s been nearly two months now, and I haven’t seen any money back. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one ever responded. Personally, I would not trust this seller again. Others might want to be careful before ordering, based on what I went through.

Bought a case for the iphone 13 pro but got a confirmation for an iphone 16, emailed them right after but was not and still have not been answered, instead they sent the case and now I have a case on the way for a phone I do not have

Honestly one of the worst products I have ever paid for. Avoid every item they sell.
Recently bought TWO IPhone glass and silicone covers. It’s been 3 days and the rear cover has ALREADY broken. The cameras fog up with the heat and actually melted the glue and they fell off.
I have never used such a terrible product in my entire life. Don’t even think you’ll get support cause you won’t.

i bought a cover for an iphone 16 pro. the product looked awesome but cracked after a week for no reason. i left a bad review on their site but it never got online, so be aware that the reviews they show are clearly fake/manipulated. avoid.

I ordered a case for the iPhone 15 Pro and waited a week for delivery. When it finally arrived, the case already had two cracks on the back. With just light pressure, the entire back shattered — similar to how the back glass of an iPhone can break. The quality of the case is extremely poor. It is advertised as a kind of metal case, but in reality, it’s just cheap plastic.
Absolutely not recommended!!

Product was damaged, tried to contact the company on 3 occasions and no response. Avoid.
