The Electric Blind Company Arvostelua

Brilliant from start to finish, great communication, friendly and professional quotation and installation. Really helpful with adapting the blinds to what we needed. Quite pricey but worth every penny!

Excellent. Everything went smoothly and according to plan in a timely manner; good communication, survey and installation. Skillful and courteous installer, Jack, and we're thrilled at the result. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

The company is very professional and organized when it comes to communication, timing/scheduling, and answering questions. The quality and look of the products are exactly as described and we are very pleased with our new electric blinds.

EBC were recommended and so glad we chose Chris and his team. We required multiple blinds for a new apartment and the advice and execution were first class. Fitting was excellent. If you are looking for a superb end to end service then The Electric Blind Company should be top of your list.

Thanks to the EBC for the great service provided and a great product! They were brilliant in helping me find the right solution for my project and explaining to my contractor how to prepare for the installation of the blind. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be in touch again when we build our kitchen extension!

We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service received, from measuring to the fitting of our fabulous new blind ,the electronic blind co. really have exceeded our expectations. From measuring and ordering to fitting, everything has just gone so smoothly, and I have to say the quality is fantastic.

For our showroom at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour looks and functionality are obviously key! We were not disappointed and confirm we are delighted with the finished product and service - thank you!

Made the whole process easy and the final product looks fantastic. Definitely not the cheapest way to go but we're thrilled with the result and think of it as a long term investment in the functionality of our home.

This firm was superb from the start to the end. Listened to all my needs, gave me great options and installed the blind we wanted very quickly.

We had 5 blinds installed, and having the ability to say Alexa open all blinds or any individually is fantastic.

The two people i dealt with from the firm were excellent, very polite and went over and beyond to make sure we were happy.

I'd use them again for sure without hesitation.

Very satisfied customer! The blind housing had started to detatch from the ceiling, but this was no problem for The Electric Blind Company - they sent an installer straight away to sort it out for me. What made it a great experience though is that they accommodated my upcoming travel schedule and got it sorted before going away!

Straightforward to deal with and excellent product. Very happy customer.

Both hardwired and battery operated blinds fitted in two of our rooms - great communication from the company throughout the process with Dawn and Gemma and Jack did a great job during the fitting process. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly helpful from order through to fitting on what turned out to be a more complicated order due to complications on my side with other building work. End product looks great and installed with great care and no mess.

Excellent service from beginning to end. And the blinds are excellent. Extremely discrete and quiet with no unnecessary wiring and also Alexa enabled. A very happy customer.

We have had some sliding doors fitted in our living room and wanted some electric blinds to give it the extra touch.

After having looked at three firm's websites, we found The Electric Blind Company to be by far the most impressive. We spoke to Gemma and Dawn who were so helpful with our initial quote and invited us to their impressive showroom.

We placed the order the next day and Gemma kept us updated at every stage from the initial survey to the fitting process.

Jack who did the survey and the actual fitting was so professional and gave us some great ideas. There were some complications with the the new plaster on the wall but Jack was brilliant at finding a solution and did a great job.

We would wholeheartedly recommend The Electric Blind Company and are very happy with our new electric blinds.

We needed a bespoke electric blind with graphics printed on it for one of our clients, it took a bit longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait. It looked fantastic and client is very happy.
Communication was good all the way through the process and we felt were we in safe hands to deliver the result required.

Good communication throughout, supporting us to pick the right option in terms of design and colour. The finished product looks great!

We were looking for some very discreet blinds to bw retro-fitted into a new kitchen/dining room with metal type windows. A quick trip to the showroom convinced us that The Electric Blind Company were the best people locally to deal with. Very knowledgable and professional made it easy to make a quick decision. A fast ballpark quotation and then quick follow up for measuring and a final price. Bespoke blinds than very nicely fitted quickly and working perfectly. Cannot fault, not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I wanted a perfectly fitted and unobtrusive set of blinds and that is exactly what I now have. The "customer experience" provided by everyone in the team was very professional throughout, including useful assistance with the choice of fabric and updates on the measuring and fitting of the blinds. Whilst more expensive than measuring, ordering and fitting blinds myself, the results are undoubtedly far better and constitute good value for the money spent.

Great company love
My blinds. Would highly recommend them
