Excellent customer service and…

Excellent customer service and communication. Problem arose that was dealt with rapidly and professionally. Extremely happy with the service and products. Will definitely shop at The Dice Place again.

I never usually leave reviews, but....

I dont know much about dice and really wanted to get my order right because it was a gift for someone, so I sent them an email (ridiculously early in the morning) and they got back with all the answers within 20 mins!! :) I'm really impressed with how quick the items got to me, and how great the customer service was. Also, the dice look so cool! Really great quality and prices!

Practically perfect

Super fast to answer questions and get my orders shipped! Dice were exactly what I wanted, plus some extra goodies and a sweet note! Already planning next buy.

Fast and efficient transaction

Fast and efficient transaction. Was somewhat taken aback when the company name on Paypal bore no resemblance to dice or gaming, but a quick Google informed me that all was well.

Fast international shipping!

Very fast shipping and delivery, it took less then a week to receive my order in Sweden. The dice are super pretty and in good condition and high quality. Also the gift was a very nice surprise! I will definitely order again.
