Fantastic program for energetic kids! Highly recommend for 5-year-olds.
I was looking for engaging activities for my 5-year-old son that would actually help with his focus and self-regulation - something beyond standard educational games or screen time. I decided to try the Neuro-games, and it has been a great fit.
At age 5, it can be tough for him to sit still, stay focused on one task, or manage big emotions when he gets frustrated. This program targets those exact areas in a way that feels completely natural for his age.
What I love about it:
1. Play-based approach
He doesn't feel like he's "studying" or doing chores. To him, it's just a fun game, so there is zero resistance when it's time to practice.
2. Easy-to-follow exercises
The neuro-games combine movement and brain activity (coordination, cross-lateral movements, and focus retention) in a simple way that is easy to explain to a preschooler.
3. Bite-sized modules
The structure allows for short 10-to-15-minute daily sessions. That's the sweet spot for a 5-year-old’s attention span—long enough to build skills, short enough to keep it fun.
4. Noticeable results
After a couple of weeks of consistent play, I’ve noticed he is a bit more grounded, handles transitions between activities better, and shows improved emotional control.
An excellent tool for parents who want to support their child's focus and emotional regulation using a play-based, neuro-developmental approach. Highly recommended for preschoolers and active kids!

Enjoyable and fun
Finally my daughter and I started to have fun together. I feel like we became closer. She is 5 and drives me crazy but now she is more calm. Definitely recommend
