The Dealership Ltd Arvostelua

I recently had an issue with my recently purchased vehicle and was really impressed with the service I received from The Dealership Ltd. James handled everything promptly and efficiently as part of the warranty, keeping the process smooth and stress-free.

To top it off, my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

First-class service all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Dealership Ltd for their excellent after-sales care.

James gave me a great service and was very professional. I got exactly what i needed in a car with no problems at all. Will defo use them again.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with this garage. From the moment I first viewed the car right through to purchasing it, the level of customer service was outstanding.

I did have a few issues with the car after buying it, but they were handled professionally and efficiently. The team kept me informed every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

A special mention to James – he is genuinely one of the most honest and friendly people I’ve come across. It’s such a breath of fresh air these days to deal with someone so trustworthy and approachable.

The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and it really shows.

I couldn’t have asked for better service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

James made buying a car a pleasure. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100 per cent with the car and with making sure I was happy with it. Cannot recommend them enough. Lovely family run business. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Would be my first choice.

Absolutely buzzing with my new motor! 🚗💨 From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was smooth, friendly, and genuinely top-class. The team were proper sound — no pressure, no waffle, just honest advice and great banter. They made the whole process dead easy and had me driving away grinning like a kid on Christmas morning.

If “ no “ buts “ no “ bull you fancy a motor give Jamie a call ( haha )

Best car dealership there is!!! James and Ray are the most honest, ttansparent, friendly and helpful car sales people. They were not pushy at all. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is second to none. I would not hesitate in buying a car from them in the furure (and I live over 2.5hrs away), or recommending them to friends and family. The whole experience with The Dealership was excellent, straight forward and quite frankly, a pleasure. Plus, I've got a car I'm completely in love with!! Thank you James and Ray!!

I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough!
Really takes pride in their sales and their customers and will continue to support and help you no matter the circumstances.
Thank you!

Looking for a new car for my daughter who’s recently passed her test. Visited The Dealership who were immediately friendly, not pushy in any way, helpful, honest, James is great. Answered all my questions quickly, now my daughter is the proud owner of a snazzy Corsa which she loves. Would definitely recommend

Huge shoutout to the James at The Dealership. Super friendly, zero pressure, and made the process totally stress free. Always at the end of the phone and has gone above and beyond even six months after I bought my little car!

If you need a car and a good laugh, he’s your guy. Highly recommend! 🌟

Their website says “by appointment,” so I called to book a test drive for a car I was ready to buy the same day. Not long after, they rang back to say the car had been sold. It sums up the worst of second‑hand car sales. What’s the point of appointments if they don’t honour them? Very disappointed.

Had a really positive experience with this dealership. I called and arranged to see the car the same day, The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly.
They insured me so I could take the car a test drive, which was great. I was so pleased that I came back the next day and bought it. Highly recommend!

I visited The Dealership with my husband and daughter having seen a car I liked online. We were immediately entrusted with the keys and given space to look around, test drive and talk privately. The car was exactly as it had been advertised, and if anything exceeded our expectations.

Every member of the team that we encountered were welcoming and friendly. No pushy sales tactics just approachable and helpful.

The week leading up to purchasing this car had been incredibly stressful to say the least. I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Dealership and I won't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family in the future.

I am also delighted with my new little car (powder blue Fiat 500). I originally purchased it for a short term purpose but now I have no plans to get rid of her. I have had no issues at all in the fortnight I've owned her but I feel very confident that should I have any problems, James will go above and beyond to help.

Thank you James and all the team.

Oh and my daughter gave the hot chocolate a 10/10 ☺️

Bought my car on Monday with the help of James and his daughter Jessie, no messing around they were straight to it with offering a test drive and even got a fresh MOT on it the next morning! Drove away on Tuesday with it and happy as can be! Would definitely recommend to anyone as they are such friendly, genuine people trying to get you the best deal.

Top class service from these guys James and Ray who made us feel welcome from the moment stepping into the office. Who was very helpful and found my perfect car, took for test drive and feel in love with the car. Part exchanged old one and within 24 hours had a new car one very happy customer, even brought the car to my home next day :-) thanks again guys for the top class service you provide and good luck for the future business in expanding well deserved, would highly recommend. :-) regards Mark Ford Ka Plus :-)

Great no pressure buying experience. Personable couple of chaps who are keen to make sure that their customers get the best service and quality cars. I would not hesitate to buy from The Dealership again.

Exceptional service
We bought a car from here two weeks ago. The service provided is Exceptional. We have didn't have a car at the time so when my husband spoke to them they sent everything through on WhatsApp that we asked for. The responses were quick, helpful and friendly.
We went the next day to view the car, the car was waiting for us to test drive, and it was everything that they had said. When we came back they left made hot drinks and allowed us to talk in private.
These guys are so friendly, there is a sense anything they can do to help they will but there is also a sense of no pressure to buy which I really like. Once we decided to purchase the car, they helped with everything, taxing changing insurance over. The car itself was in very good condition and was great value for money. We have had no issues with car, (which is why I waited a little just encase) but it has been everything they said it would be. Its still under warranty with the dealership and for the first time ever when buying a second hand car, I feel at ease that if there is a problem they will sort it or a very least do their best to help.
I have told everyone about them and will continue to recommend them. Our daughter is almost ready to buy her first car and when she is, this is the first place we will look, hopefully the only place because after a week of looking, a week speaking and visiting dealers these guys were the most, welcoming, friendly, helpful and honest dealership, who go above and beyond.
We wont be looking for a car for ourselves for a very long time now but when we do we will be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from this dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy.

James took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and patiently answered all my questions. The whole process was transparent and straightforward, with clear explanations about pricing, financing, and warranty options.

The car itself was presented in excellent condition and matched the description perfectly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort made to ensure everything was ready for collection.

What stood out most was the customer service — friendly, honest, and focused on making the experience stress-free. I drove away feeling confident I made the right choice.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a smooth buying experience ☺️

I brought a car from the company. James and ray were very helpful with getting us away in the car quickly. The car broke down a couple of days after buying but they got their mechanic to come and fix the problem without any problems. I would highly recommend.

I cannot fault James at The Dealership! I had lots of questions including asking for extra video of the car. Nothing was too much trouble and James was very quick to respond. Also we are not local, but this wasn't a problem, James sorted it and even managed to get an earlier delivery day for us. Would definitely go back here again if I need another car in the future!! Thanks James!
