Please don’t order from this company, I waited 5 weeks for my order, never received it and now waiting for Paypal to refund and my bank to stop the reoccurring transaction they are trying to obtain, emails don’t get replied to, just an absolute nightmare,. Please read the bad reviews and don’t use them

Ordered as advertised as a UK company selling a UK product. I emailed them to confirm this before I ordered. They confirmed it was made in UK.
Received 3 bottles - no brand name on boxes, clearly marked "Made in China"
Have questioned by email and was told UK product but put in different packaging as they had run out of new boxes!!!
Am trying to return - they have given me an address in Austria to return to.
Am waiting response to my "give me your UK address" email.
Will not be giving to my dog.

Wish I could give it zero stars! I too fell for the minimum 2 months subscription trap. There is a preticked box on the order page when I looked after I tried to cancel but it wasn't until I got the order confirmation which said in small letters "To be delivered Monthly" that I realised. I sent a message through their Contact Us option asking to cancel the order as I had been mislead - why would I want to sign up for 2 months when I didn't know if it was going to work? I didn't get a reply until the following afternoon and was informed that it had been dispatched just after I ordered it (8pm on a Sunday?? and I sent cancellation request 2 hours later) and I couldn't cancel the minimum 2 months subscription. I pointed out that their T&C were obviously written for the USA market and under UK Consumer Law were not enforceable - including the pre-ticked box. at 2 hours I had also asked for the order to be cancelled well within the 14 day cooling off period. The package arrived 18 days after ordering and the bottle had leaked out all over the box and packaging. It also said the item was made in China and distributed from Hong Kong despite the website FAQ stating that all orders were shipped from within the UK and that it was made and tested in the UK. The website also claims a 30day money back guarantee so let's see how I get on with that! I have told Daily Buddy that due to all their blatant untruths regarding the item's origin I would not trust giving this liquid to any animal let alone my precious dog!
Despite 4 requests as to where they are based in the UK they have not given me any details and they are not registered at Companies House.
So buyer beware!!

Well. What a fool I am.
I should have looked further into this. £45 down the drain… but hold up, not just once TWICE because you’re forced into a 2 month minimum subscription. It’s written in small print so you can’t see it and then by the time you realise like I did, (finding the subscription email in my junk!!!) it’s too late.
Not only is my item not even here, im forced
To pay for it twice.
I’ll be cancelling the card on there and freezing the payment so they can’t take anything from me.
You seriously cannot make a good business these days because they’re ruined by these scam artists. How dare you go after vulnerable pet parents!!

Ordered this after being advised this is a UK based product. 3 weeks later and nothing arrived - no response from them either after contacting. Can’t cancel
Subscription as small print advised you must pay for 2 months! Going to cancel direct with the bank and block any further payments - think this might be a scam as noticed other people online advising of the same experience and those who have had product posted, noting it’s coming in from China so wouldn’t give to my pet anyway…
