I recently ordered the Cervical Neck pillow and after just one night, I have to say this product changed my life. I have severe spine issues and more recently, developing progression with my cervical spine. I ordered this product to see if it would help and I was so surprised at how great I felt the next morning. I have not felt this great in over a year. I highly recommend this product! Thank you Cushion Lab! I will be ordering more of your products soon!

This is not an inexpensive cushion. It was great for about 7 months, then started having notably less "cushioning power". Inquiry received absolutely no response. Tehri "guarantee" only applies to the short term. For the price I expect a product with a minimum 2-3 years durability and this isn't demonstrating that, nor was customer service responsive. It is impossible to get a direct person to interact with.

Waste of money. Too soft. All show & no go. Have been using it for months and ended up using another cushion on top of it.

Return policy is incredibly vague. Company heavily edit any comments made on Facebook or social media regarding the return policy will delete all comments so that only positive or paid comments. They’re 30 day no questions asked return policy. The pillow has to be unused in the original packaging and you have to pay to ship it back to them. The pillow is a heavy foam cost $45 to return to them.

I had high expectations for the product given its price, anticipating good quality. However, after using it for a month, I found it to be disappointing. My back pain persists when I’m driving, and I don't find the cushion to be comfortable at all.
