The Crystal Company Arvostelua

The product was beautiful but I was unaware the the customs taxes would double the price this should be more transparent. Will not order again unfortunately.

The tumble stone that I received was really pretty, very pleased with it and the price was very reasonable also ,the free gift included was a nice touch.

As always, beautifully presented. These candles are always such a lovely treat to receive and the crystals are such a beautiful touch. Everything about them feels really special 💛✨

Love it!! Thank you very much!

Ordered a gorgeous powellite amethyst which arrived beautifully packaged with a couple of little gifts. Nice touch. I'll definitely purchase from them again. 10/10

Lovely product and beautifully packaged.

Wonderful selection of beautiful, meaningful products on the website. Enjoy the live sales!
Excellent products, packaged securely and beautifully too! Swift delivery service.

I love everything I purchase from The Crystal Company.
The live sales are always great, there’s no messing about and I find them fun and relaxed - Alex does a great job of showcasing the crystals and keeping the momentum of the live going.
Their customer service is just amazing, they really care about the service they provide and their customers whilst keep professional boundaries.
I’ve never had a piece from this company that I’ve been disappointed with.

Bought 3 small items. Super well packaged, fast delivery and reasonably priced for some more niche items in the mineral/crystal/fossil category. Would definitely consider buying bigger items after seeing the quality

This is a lovely company with wonderful crystals and people

Always my favourite company! Always 5 stars!
They go above and beyond to choose the perfect crystals, give great advice, fantastic company, excellent customer service, caring and compassionate, good prices, fast shipping.
Always with love.

Beautiful piece, international shipping wasn't a terrible wait either. Im well pleased and plan to return for more goodies! Thank you!

I have purchased several crystals from Alex and Terry over time, and I have always been delighted with them.

The crystals are beautiful, exactly as described, and carefully packaged. You can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into selecting and preparing each piece. Every order I have received has arrived safely and has been a joy to open.

Alex and Terry clearly have a genuine passion for crystals, and it shows in the quality of the items they offer. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful crystals and a positive buying experience.

Thank you both for all the lovely treasures you bring into the world. ✨💎

I have not been well and have just opened your delivery today. Thank you so much for the wonderful crystals. I am delighted with them. Thank you too for the extra one. How did you know I needed a howlite crystal today?

I ordered a few crystals, two were damaged, they agreed to send a replacement for one (which I received), as they said the other one was a flaw (or something) in the stone…….the other ones I ordered were fine so I’m sure it was just bad luck on my part…. They partially rectified the issue and I can see they get many great reviews but I can only go on my experience and personally I probably wouldn’t order from them again

Such a wonderful company—I’ve purchased gorgeous crystals from them before.
