I requested a withdrawal of my own deposited funds from Crib Markets on 13th April 2026 - not profits, my actual capital. Four months later, nothing has arrived. They claim the withdrawal is "done," yet they refuse to give me the transaction hash (HASH ID) to prove the transfer was ever sent - which any real blockchain transaction would have. Live chat doesn't respond, and my HIGH PRIORITY support ticket has gone unanswered. I just want my own money back. Be careful with this broker.

Worst customer service. Taking days without response and there is no assurance on withdrawals since it's easy to deposit but getting withdrawals is the hardest thing. How can a person take more than 4 days before getting withdrawals yet the account is making profits.

I had a terrible experience with Crib Markets. After 15 days of waiting for my withdrawal of 2000 USDT, they arbitrarily canceled my profits, claiming 'toxic flow' for standard market opening trades. They only returned my deposit after a long struggle. They wait until you win to call your strategy 'abusive.' If you make a profit here, they will find an excuse not to pay.
