Quite possibly not the companies fault
Quite possibly not the companies fault.
The delivery was really fast delivered just ten minutes into the two hour time slot.
However apon opening the insulated box and removing the cardboard box inside.
The dry ice was totally melted inside it's plastic container.
Two pasties were three quarters unfrozen.
Two other's were partly unfrozen.
Understanding not to refreeze once unfrozen threw them away as we had already a meal prepared for later in the day.
The remainder were placed in the freezer.
This maybe a one off kept in the wrong place as this was the second order from this company.
The first the dry ice was totally in tack.
The pasties totally frozen.
Must say when cooked were delicious.
So despite this delivery not being in the condition I expected.
I would order from them again.
That said if it happened again I would ask for a refund.
I suspect maybe the distance and wherever the delivery company stored the package may have been the problem.
Will never known.
As said if the remaining one's are as tasty as the first.
Absolutely delicious.

Amazing quality which never deteriorates.
Absolutely delicious…except for the one disappointing on going factor…the Shortbread, is not, Shortbread. The texture is strange + is without flavour, I can confirm as a Scot!
