Ordered for aged mother and father with…
Ordered for aged mother and father with dementia, he remembers cream teas and loves them. Delivered as a suprise, hot day was left in there porch. I received the delivery message 2hours later, and rang mother who collected it from porch. They had been home if driver had knocked. I was concerned about the cream going off.

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that your parents enjoyed the cream tea surprise, especially knowing it brought back fond memories for your father.
We're very sorry to hear about the delivery experience. We understand your concern about the package being left in the porch on a hot day, particularly as the delivery notification wasn't received until two hours later. It's disappointing to learn that the driver didn't knock despite your parents being at home, and we appreciate how worrying this must have been given the perishable contents.
Your comments are important to us, and we'll share them with the relevant team for review. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're pleased that your parents were able to enjoy their treat despite the concerns.
