I bought a Tabby 20 shoulder bag which I paid and received. The shipping fee was £25 as advertised in the payment. I get a letter 3 weeks later from UPS saying I owe them £80.34. The Corner group response is that I must pay this extra cost, even though this is the first time I’ve seen this amount. Also, the £25 shipping fee does not contribute towards this new delivery fee

Scammers: return rejected, tags missing, and they won’t even review evidence (thecorner.com / “Tony Boutique” via Miinto)
I’m warning everyone about thecorner.com, which operates on Miinto under the partner boutique name “Tony Boutique.”
I returned an expensive Stone Island jacket fully compliant with the return conditions: unworn (only tried on indoors), clean, carefully packed, and with all tags attached when it left me.
They rejected the return — and then the real scam behavior started:
• No inspection report.
• No substantive explanation.
• They sent the jacket back, but my original price tags/hangtags were NOT returned (so my property came back worse than I shipped it, with resale value damaged).
And here’s the most disturbing part: it doesn’t matter how much evidence you have — they simply won’t properly review it. You get template replies, deflection, and a “case closed” outcome. It’s a setup where the customer loses by default and the boutique is protected.
I will never do business with these scammers again, and I strongly advise others not to buy from them if you expect fair, transparent returns.

Per la Sua spedizione c'è voluto più tempo del previsto perchè l'ordine è stato effettuato durante il periodo Natalizio. Blatant scam. I bought a very expensive designer Stone Island jacket. I returned it because the size was too small — fully compliant with every return condition: unworn (only tried on indoors), clean, carefully packed, and with all labels/tags attached. Then they refused the return claiming it was ‘dirty’ and that tags were missing — even though it left me clean and tagged. It honestly looks like they cut the tags off themselves and didn’t even send them back, which also destroys the jacket’s resale value. I have all the evidence (photos/timeline), yet they refuse to provide a proper inspection report as required under EU consumer rights rules (Directive 2011/83/EU). Do not buy here.

Truffa totale. Ho comprato una giacca Stone Island firmata e costosissima. L’ho restituita perché la taglia era troppo piccola, rispettando tutte le condizioni di reso: mai usata (solo provata in casa), pulita, imballata con cura e con etichette/cartellini ancora attaccati. Poi hanno rifiutato il reso dicendo che era ‘sporca’ e che mancavano i cartellini — quando invece è partita pulita e completa. Sembra davvero che abbiano tagliato loro i cartellini e non li abbiano nemmeno rimandati, abbassando anche il valore di rivendita della giacca. Ho tutte le prove (foto/cronologia), ma si rifiutano di fornire un vero rapporto di ispezione come previsto dalle norme UE sui diritti dei consumatori (Direttiva 2011/83/UE). Non comprate qui.

For UK and US citizens, there is a tax charge. Don't blame the seller for your mistakes and mislead buyers.This store 10/10
