I have attended several of The Consult Centres social media courses, and have found each one of them to be very informative. Ruth is a great teacher and explains everything in language that is easy to understand and makes learning fun! I also use The Consult Centre for my businesses social media management, which I find amazing and gets results. The posts are interesting, eye catching, fun, and they have increased both my followers and enquiries, leading to new clients being onboarded. I find Ruth and all the team at The Consult Centre to be extremely professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they really care about their clients. A great training on facebook, tips on how to reach more people and some great technical tips for pages too

I found the Adverts for Facebook course extremely beneficial and have already put what was taught into practice. The way the day is course is constructed with examples being shown and time for questions and time for people to ask specifics about their business, makes the overall learning a great experience. 
I have also attended an Instagram course and similarly found this really beneficial. 
I would highly recommend any of these courses  to anyone who is looking to improve their skills and keep up to date with the ever changing  digital world.

I recently attended a short course, delivered by Ruth, on how to use Canva. The course content was excellent - I learned a lot in a short space of time; the delivery of the course was informative and fun - lots of clever, time-saving hints and tips and the time passed very quickly; it was, all in all, great value for money. Would recommend Ruth's learn a lot for a little, fuss-free courses.

Once again, I've just had another highly informative and engaging workshop on how to set up my Facebook business page so that I can promote my business most effectively. Ruth, absolutely knows her stuff and always teaches it in an enjoyable format. She sets up an environment in which learners feel free to ask questions if they don't understand anything. The time flew by and I definitely feel I know way more now than I did at the start.

Ruth’s LinkedIn sessions for business and personal were brilliant. I was a long time “self-taught” user but actually had no idea how to maximise the platform! I groaned thinking how much reworking I would need to do since setting up my own business. However, it’s become even more important to know how to use social media and smartly. This is where Ruth comes in! Since attending the LinkedIn sessions and putting into practice what Ruth taught, I’ve already landed two brand new clients and have multiple leads. I’ve even published an article! I’m feeling so much more confident with the platform and actually understand how it works. It was worth me spending the time attending the sessions and working on my pages. I’m much more hopeful and even excited about my business for 2021. After the tumultuous events of this year who would think I would dare write such a thing. This really is thanks to Ruth. Every session is so practical and no nonsense. I highly recommend Ruth’s sessions for complete novices and for those seeking a refresher.

Attended a fab Facebook training session yesterday which Ruth ran in conjunction with Morecambe College, for local small businesses. Ruth is a great trainer and tailored her course so there was something for everyone at whatever stage they were at in their learning and business development.
