The Collectibles brings digital pack opening and physical card collecting together. Explore Pokémon and sports card packs online, with real collectibles held by our fulfilment partner. Each pack reveals one physical collectible, usually a professionally graded card. Pack pages show the price and pull probabilities before purchase. After a reveal, you can request physical delivery to a supported address or sell the item while its Sell option is available. Items are held in our fulfilment partner’s vault until shipped or sold. Under our current terms, an item that has neither been sold nor ordered shipped is automatically offered for sale four days after its pack was purchased. Shipping availability, fees and delivery estimates are shown in the shipping quote. Our marketplace also lets collectors browse cards and other collectibles listed by shops. Each shop ships its own marketplace orders directly to the customer. The Collectibles is operated by Horde Inc, a Delaware corporation. The service is for adults aged 18 and over, and feature availability varies by country. For help with packs, orders, shipping or your account, contact support@thecollectibles.io. Visit thecollectibles.io for current products, availability and policies.

Unfavorable odds are one thing, but payouts are completely blocked

Don't expect easy withdrawals. The pack odds felt poor (opened 8 packs, none returned above cost), but the real issue is cashing out. I've repeatedly tried to withdraw my remaining funds and continuously receive an automated error blaming my bank details ("Our payout partner could not accept this payout"), despite everything being entered correctly. A platform where deposits work instantly but withdrawals fail is a massive red flag.

Edit: I have already tried contacting support through the live chat, however no results so far (:

Vastaus yritykseltä The Collectibles

Hey,

We’re sorry your experience with cashing out has been frustrating. That’s not what we want for anyone using The Collectibles.

The message you’re seeing comes from our payout partner. It usually means they couldn’t verify or accept the payout destination as it’s currently saved, so the withdrawal is stopped before it reaches us. Your funds stay safely in your balance while this is sorted out.

We want to get this resolved for you. Please contact us through the live chat on the site or at support@thecollectibles.io and mention this review. Our team will look into it and help you complete your withdrawal.

About pack odds: every pack’s contents and odds are shown on the pack page before opening!

Thanks again for the feedback. We hope to turn this around for you.
