Item did not work. It did not make any sound.so unable to use
Tired to contine support in sales department and tbo answer so unable to return item
Awful customer service
Product was faulty and would not work on Christmas Day for my grandson. I contact a customer advisor and was told I would get a replacement and a new delivery confirmation email but have received nothing very poor all round should have known better to shop online through Facebook bad service please don’t use
The koala almost blew up the first time I put my batteries in, but the second time it was fine and it still is now.The koala sings loudly and makes random noises which discomfort you while sleeping with it, as there is no off switch or volume switch to turn the music off or down I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it but it’s nice and relaxing too lay with it and it also eases your mind.
I haven't received my order yet and I'm really pissed off because there was different information on it before I ordered and I haven't included anything yet!!
I still didn’t receive the package and it is Christmas already
Great customer service, overall very good experience.
