The Claims Partnership Arvostelua 

From my initial submission of my claim my first contact with the company was speedy, friendly and informative. The whole procedure was explained at all stages by someone who was easy to talk to, and was willing to answer the simplest of questions and queries. Throughout the whole process, from start to finish, four years in total, I was kept fully informed by telephone, letter and Email. At all times if I was unsure of any aspect of the procedure, I could ask and always felt that my questions were important. If at anytime there was no-one available to speak with, my phone calls were always returned quickly and positively. I must also add that at various times during the work on my claim, I was given updates and was always fully informed as to the stage of the claim. I have no hesitation in recommending The Claims Partnership, and I would not hesitate to use their services again, if it ever became necessary.

Called in to get help with my case but instead was victimized and spoken down to by Paul Wilkinson (founding member of The Claims Partnership). He didn't let me talk as he already dismissed me. When I tried to push back on that mistreatment from him, he slammed the phone down on me. I didn't realize he was the owner and when I called back to make a complaint at the abusive way I was just treated and fobbed off, his receptionist continued that abuse and also slammed the phone down on me. Both Paul and his receptionist are corrupt and abusive. When I call back, they immediately slam the phone down on me over and over. They have now been reported to the SRA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! EDIT: Paul Wilkinson has responded with a false narrative to abusively gaslight me when he and his staff were the perpetrators especailly as it was all caught on recorded call. I can upload the audio link soon for anyone to see the truth. It's clear that if Paul Wilkinson and his staff will lie, cheat and steal on this level after being absuive, there's no limit to the deranged things they will do when push comes to shove. Once again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
