Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu

Delivery not made and no answers
Placed an order nearly a month ago, not arrived, emails unanswered and phone not answered, answering service but no returned calls.
Update- had a call today from the director, very apologetic and offering an additional good will gesture, seems like a genuine oversight in order being dispatched.

The Cigar Manor - A Little Gem
I happened across The Cigar Manor in Bristol whilst on a business trip.
On wandering in I was warmly greeted by Barbara and Sal and within minutes felt like I was visiting an old friend. I was given a tour of the sticks on offer and after understanding my preference a recommendation was suggested which I gladly took them up on.
I enjoyed a fabulous sampling of the recently released H. Upmann Finite Limited Edition 2024 paired with complementary coffee.
I entered as a stranger and left as a friend.
Fabulous people and highly recommended!
