It's so lovely to hear you enjoy the Sound Spa, Christine. Thank you for the review!
The sound spa was very relaxing with a variety of sounds to enjoy. Gentle lighting and lovely scents in the hall made it a great experience.

Thank you, Penny, for your kind words. I'm so happy you love the Sound Spa experience.
An absolutely magical evening of sound and stillness. The gongs and singing bowls were mesmerising, and I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. It’s not my first time, I’ve been attending for a few years now. It’s always brilliantly organised with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend

It's great to hear you had a magical evening, Jordan! Thank you for your kind words about the Sound Spa.
An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The Chiltern Sound Spa is such a special place to switch off, slow down and completely reset.
Deborah is fantastic at creating a warm, welcoming and peaceful environment where you immediately feel at ease. Her passion, knowledge and genuine care really shine through, and you can tell how much thought goes into every session.
The combination of the beautiful sounds, guided meditation and calming atmosphere makes it so much more than simply an evening of relaxation, you leave feeling lighter, calmer and genuinely restored.
I would wholeheartedly recommend The Chiltern Sound Spa to anyone who feels they need some time for themselves, whether you're completely new to sound baths or already love them. Deborah has created something really special, and I’m so glad I discovered it.
Thank you, Deborah, for creating such a beautiful space and such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Thank you Chris for sharing such thoughtful feedback about your experience. It’s so lovely to hear how the sound vibrations and environment has helped you to feel calmer and restored. Hopefully see you soon in Amersham for more Sound Spas.
Unfortunately the voice sound was just too quiet for me to hear - I was at one far end of the room. I could here the sounds but not the speaker's voice. Also there was a bit of issue with the parking as the car park was full and the car park opposite didn't (at least that night) couldn't accept payment by phone or credit card - so I arrived barely in time and a bit stressed!

Thank you for the detailed feedback; it's genuinely useful, and I want to respond to both points directly.
On the volume: I'm sorry you missed parts of the session from the back of the room. I'll be checking more carefully that sound reaches the whole space going forward. I'd also really welcome you flagging it to me in the moment as I'm walking around. If this ever happens again, I'm always happy to adjust on the spot, and I'd rather know straight away than find out afterwards when nothing can be done about it.
On the parking: I'm sorry it added stress before the session even started. The main car park is first-come, first-served, so it can fill up on busy nights. Unfortunately, one of the alternative car parks wasn't accepting phone or card payments that evening either, which was outside our control.
I'd like the chance to have you back for a session where the sound reaches you properly, let me know if you'd like to join again.
It was the most relaxing experience we had experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing space and sounds but would appreciate little bit less talking and more gong bath

Thank you so much for coming to Sound Spa and for taking the time to share your thoughts, Lydia.
We always begin with a guided meditation to help everyone gently arrive, ground and settle into the space. It’s also a moment to reflect on where we are in the seasonal nature calendar, and what that might be inviting in us personally, before we move into the Sound Spa and deeper sound journey.
We appreciate your feedback about having less talking and more gong. We’re always listening, learning and evolving our offerings.
Amazing sound spa experience for de-stressing and relaxing
