As usual, a fantastic experience from The Cat Lady Teesside.

From the brilliant booking portal and online daily journal to the actual care and enjoyment the cats get out of the visit, this service is wonderful. We reccomend to everyone who has cats, the folks at The Cat Lady are the best :)

While our human selfishly abandoned us (again) in pursuit of sun and sangria, The Cat Lady arrived — our true chosen one!!

She knew her place immediately: servant, snack dispenser, chin-scratcher, and professional worshipper of our collective majesty. She executed her duties with excellence, punctuality, and the appropriate amount of awe.

We lounged. We napped. We demanded. She obeyed…It was glorious.

Even the grumpy one purred. The anxious one didn’t hide. The fluffball got her belly rubs exactly how she likes them. And the Diva? He got all the attention.

As for our human, she left 800 instructions and 72 messages. The Cat Lady didn’t flinch. A true professional.

10/10, would allow her into our kingdom again. But bring snacks next time…don’t listen to our human!

Fiona and Shelly looked after our two boys for a few days this week whilst we were away, we were kept up to date with pictures and comments on how they were which we loved. The love and care they show puts our mind at ease and the boys love the fuss and attention. Thanks so much again!

Our cat Sparkle is now almost 17. We got to the point a few years ago where she was not happy in a cattery. Now, we are are very happy to leave her in the care of Fiona and her team. Sparkle can stay in her own home, eat her own food from her own bowl and has the house to herself. She is visited every day, played with, fed, and her bowl and litter tray are cleaned. As for us on holiday, we get lots of photos and videos every day, which show us how well she is being looked after and entertained each day. All the staff are obviously cat lovers, and you can relax and enjoy your break, knowing your cat is relaxed and happy in its own home, and being well taken care of. Fiona's service is amazing and I am so glad we found her.

The Cat Lady team is exceptional, they are all conscientious, dedicated and most of all, just obsessed with cats. My lot are quite timid being rescues from various places, and believe me when I say Fiona and her team are the first to ever win them over.
I have used their services for the past 4 years as I travel at least once a month for work over a weekend. Without The Cat Ladies I would not be able to do so, they give me peace of mind that my little ones are well looked after, not just fed and scooped but also played with! Sometimes I come home and my cats legit look disappointed its me lol...
So if you are a cat slave, and need someone to cover for your duties while you are away, I wholeheartedly recommend Fiona and her team of cat ladies.

I have used this service for a while now and it’s great. I always feel safe with them coming into my house and taking care of my cat who is old and frail now. They take such good care of her and send lots of pictures. It’s a comfort to know she’s cared for and they genuinely enjoy their time with my cat.

We have used the cat lady for a number of years now. Fiona and her team provide a great service. We always love getting the updates from the staff members that visit our cats and the cats look like there having the best time ☺️would highly recommend.

I know my cats will be looked after with The Cat Lady team. I’ve been a client for over 4 years now, when we go away it’s a like a holiday for the cats too and I know I don’t have to worry about them, or the house, so can enjoy being away.

I'm totally neurotic about my cat, but Fiona and her team allow me to go away with no worries at all! I've used the service consistently for three years since getting my cat and I don't know what I'd do without them!

All of the sitters go above and beyond in treating the cats like their own, giving them the best care and loving attention. A photo diary (some great photographers in there!) is provided after every visit, keeping you in the loop in a timely manner.

The fact that my cat is a total grump, who hates new people but loves The Cat Lady team, speaks for itself!

Very happy with Sally. Amazing updates on our cats and came home to nice clean litter trays and bowls. Highly recommend. It was our first time leaving our cats and we definitely made the right choice on our pet care.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end! Thank you so much 💕. I’ve never used a cat sitting service before as my mum would normally step in if I went away however this time we went away together. We weighed up the options of a boarding service and a cat sitting service and I remembered the cat lady being highly recommended. From initial contact the communication was friendly but thorough and reassuring. Sally looked after my boys. Sally was professional yet engaged and warm in the initial visit and I could tell the boys were in good hands. I got daily updates with so many photos that I looked forward to daily. Strangely Fiona also helped rescue my big boy Oswald 😂💜 but I’m not biased!
I would genuinely recommend to anyone, your fur babies will be looked after above and beyond xx

I have used the cat lady services for a few years now and I couldn't ask for a better bunch to looks after my cats when I'm away. My mind is put at ease every time because I know my cats are being well looked after and played with when I'm not around and I get sent such lovely photos of them so I don't worry whilst I'm gone. It takes away any stress which I would otherwise have and I look forward to seeing the posts on the app. Thank you to Fiona and the team for doing a brilliant job!

If I could I would give The Cat lady 100 stars. Our cat Sparkle is 16 years old, and she was really sad the last time we left her in a cattery. Fiona and her team are great. Every time they visit you receive lots of lovely photographs, and the odd video. They list everything, how your cat was on the visit, how much they played, how much they ate, how they were greeted by your cat. They play, and clean the bowls and litter trays. They even water your plants if needed! It just makes you feel so happy, relaxed and confident knowing your pet is being cared for so well while you are away. It is a brilliant service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing service ! All members of team are lovely , kind , caring and very knowledgeable about cats behaviour. I can go away knowing I don’t have to worry about my 4 cats welfare. You get detailed and updates twice a day . One of my four likes to hide and whichever of the team is visiting always knows where he will be and check on him . One of my cousins asked who I used and I told her about Fiona and her team . She now uses the cat lady service. I cannot recommend highly enough

I have used The Cat Lady regularly for over a year my cat is always well cared for and I get up dates and photos of every visit by e mail which puts my mind at rest and I know she’s getting well looked after they are very professional and it’s very obvious they all genuinely love cats I definitely highly recommend the service

Over a month long trip we had 3 sitters from the cat lady. All provided the best care for our two cats. All are kind, caring and dedicated and provide excellent updates each day providing the necessary reassurance. Fiona, chief Cat Lady, has created a wonderful company and ensures that the whole team adhere to the high standards at all time. I couldn’t enjoy our time away if I didn’t know my floofs were in such good hands!

Have used the Cat Lady's services on lots of occasions over the last 4 years. Fiona and her team have demonstrated so much care for our cats and are thorough with their duties in ensuring our furbabies' wellbeing is a priority. I’ve used Fiona every time I’ve been away and wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my three fur babies.
She uploads pictures to the journal after every visit and is so reliable and my cats absolutely adore her too (she’s even started to win round the most antisocial Persian mix cat!!).

1000% would highly recommend Fiona & the team.
Fiona has looked after my 2 babies who don't do very well meeting new people, especially my girl who is very scatty & shy and will just hide from anyone she doesn't know.
We got a journal with loads of pictures after every visit which we looked forward to receiving as we could see how relaxed and happy our babies were in our absence, it made our holiday much more enjoyable knowing they were having a blast, totally relaxed in their own home & getting lots of loves, playtime & treats.
We came home to 2 very happy babies 😻😻
