I needed a refill NOT A NEW PRESCRIPTION for a CREAM tht i use for vitiligo. 9 minutes after i placed my order, i got an email saying the order would not be written. I called, asked why, the operator said "no reason, you need to go in person for this". Are you slow? its a TELEHEALTH platform for those who cannot PAY FOR AN IN PERSON VISIT. then they called me back and told me the order would be prescribed and that the systems were down before.

So i waited. then i called again 6 hours later, the operator told me the doctor was still writing my prescription, and to wait another 2 hours. But at 11 pm i got an email saying the Provider would not WRITE A REFILL FOR THE ORDER THAT THEY ALREADY HAD PROMISED THEY WOULD.i still have not recieved a refund,

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY WOULDNT WRITE ME PRESCRIPTION FOR A CREAM!!!!!!

Just read the reviews. It's obvious the 5 stars are mostly fake. Have a terrible abscess that urgently needs attention, and is getting worse hour by hour. They advertise 2 hours. I'm on hour 6 now and am unable to even get my script until tomorrow. That is if they even call it in. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have followed my gut and just taken myself to urgent care. Then I would have already had this process over with 2 fold. What a joke.

great service! I paid the extra $10 to have my antibiotics within an hour. Desperation kicks in when your having extreme dental pain! I must say I appreciate this option. I will use CareMD's services again, God Forbid I'm in need! Thank you
