The Career Coach Arvostelua

I had a poor experience with the Career coach from Nov 2022-Jan 2023. Sent in an official complaint over a month ago and never received a response acknowledging same. Although I mentioned that I wasn't going to take my complaint further, it would have been professional and eased my disappointment to have received a response from the company. This only illustrated my complaint of lack of clear and consistent communication. Read the privacy policy for refund details before beginning sessions.

Today was my second coaching session. It was a great pleasure to work with Ian. Not only he helped me to improve my CV but he also suggested significant changes to my LinkedIn profile. Highly recommended.

It was great working with Ian from TCC who helped me to improve my CV structure, interview skills and boost my confidence. I had two 1:1 sessions that I found very helpful, to the point and I received a good feedback. I would recommend TCC!

It was really great to met Ian, he was so kind and he helped me about to create a really good cv and he gave me a really good feedback about my old cv and I really felt the difference between that one and the new one, I definitely recommend the course.

I was working alongside Ian for the Jookseeker's program and I'm very pleased by the coaching offered. Ian helped me build my resume and I got an offer within a month of enrolling on the programme. Ian supported me throughout the hiring process and we went through mock interviews that really helped me project my thoughts accurately. I would highly recommend TCC to any graduate jobseekers out there!

So far I am satisfied, I had a very kind and understandable coach

Excellent service. I've taken their executive coaching which has helped me build the necessary tools for goal setting and it has also helped me manage my daily routine and energy levels to keep me in top performance!

I paid and had a cv consultation where they came without having looked at my cv. It was mostly a sales pitch for the packages.
This company used to be a sales company. And that makes a lot of sense to me.
My experience with them is that they are pushy and are only concerned about their reputation, yet are not concerned about providing a good service or behaving in a reputable manner. They told me on multiple occasions that I lied when I have proof that they lied to me and changed their company website after having attempted to have me sign an NDA. I have shown it to solicitors and they have been shocked that I was asked to sign this and told me it wouldn’t hold up in court.
Their refund policy is invalid as it is restricts your consumer rights. You can consult CPCC in Ireland to find out what they are. The refund agreement they refer to is an NDA. Where you are entitled to a refund, by law, you do not need to sign an NDA.
They are not trustworthy.

Read TCC response as:
If a client criticises us in any way, we blame them and accept no accountability and defame them. Our success rates are dubious, as is our star rating, as we do not inform clients of their consumer rights and try to gaslight and manipulate them into thinking that they cannot legally criticise us by withholding refunds until they have signed an NDA.

TCC helped me to improve my LinkedIn profile. They always responded in a timely manner and provided me with all their knowledge.

Today I had my first coaching session. In this stage, we reviewed my CV and now I can know what is wrong and what is missing in my CV.

I will improve my CV with this guide, and I can be sure, it's going to start working when I apply for jobs.

I'm looking forward for advance all processes and getting my dream job

Thank you career coach
I have to say, career coach has been a guiding star to my career. I had a gap of 11 years from my insurance career due to various reasons. This year I decided to get back and That's when I came across career coach through instagram in July first week, and i instantly applied. In no time Rory from career coach contacted me, heard what I needed, analysed my career and assigned me a career coach Ian. I had CV session and linkedin session with Ian , this helped me change my CV and LinkedIn profile in an effective manner. I would say there was proper follow ups and feedbacks by career coach Ian. The result was my LinkedIn views increased by more than 50 views per week. By July 26th I got an interview call from a well known insurance co. 28th July I was shortlisted and selected. Im very happy about the outcome of all this effort, I never expected to be this fast.
Career coach has an effective and systematic coaching in place and I would suggest career coach to anyone who is looking to transform or change career. I thank Ian and the career coach team. I would like to continue this relation with career coach.

Dan Potts is an excellent careers advisor and took me step-by-step to do an in-depth analysis of my CV and LinkedIn profile. Dan helped me shape and edit my CV adding key words and skill descriptions, and concrete examples of my work experience to maximise my searchability for recruiters and also to market myself in the right way for application process.

I’ve just had my first session with Dan.
The session was very insightful, I’m looking forward to working with the TCC.

The Career Coach was very competent in helping me switch careers. My former and current industries are very different, I do not think I would have been able make that switch without Dan's help and would 10/10 recommended them to anyone looking to make career switch

In one word: Effectiveness! The Carrer Coach team helped me when I was strugling to understand how to expose my knowledge in a new country. With methodology and experience they led me through a path that I first thought would take two years in less than 5 months. Really helpful and I strongly recommend!

Dan Potts from The Career Coach was very helpful and informative, his interview tips were great for easing anxiety before the interview and also supported me with follow up after first interview. Which resulted in me getting the job.

TCC have been absolutely amazing in providing an extremely professional and efficient service. They have been a huge support to me as a freelancer, allowing me to have access to contract work and payment solutions that are flexible and work for for me.
I highly rate them and would give ten stars if I could!
