The Career Coach Arvostelua

I have found the career coach services to be good. They were all very friendly and helpful, Janette has been my coach and was able to pivot the sessions quickly when I secured an interview. I found it super helpful in being able to focus on the most relevant points given a pretty short turnaround to interview. I did find the program to be a little expensive at 4 sessions for EUR600 but overall happy with it.

I have recently commenced the career changer programme with The Career Coach .My reason for undertaking was to evaluate possible career change options along with updating my approach to the job market .I have found the coach I am working with most helpful so far .We have a number of sessions to complete and as such I cannot fully evaluate program at this time .Looking forward to more positive engagement with the team @ TCC as we proceed.

I had an amazing coaching session with Jannet. While I had a good CV with the help of Chatgpt there were a lot of loopholes which Jannet helped me fix and guided me as to how you should taylor your CV to match the job description of the role you intend to apply for. I have also immensely benifitted from her tips to prepare for the interviews as well! Overall good experience!

This was actually very useful. While working with Ian Hutchinson he helped me get prepared for what I have to improve on. Always giving me corrections to work on, pointing out my mistakes and always being there to talk on zoom call. I know the price is expensive but I would really recommend using career coaches for their incredible training and teaching.

I have been working with Sean as my career coach and he has been so helpful with my job applications. It has truly been a great experience so far.

The course is totally overpriced and not worth it at all.(4 sessions for 450 euro, you could definitely find other has better service and price).
The instructor just gives you some "advices" to revise your cv and cover letter which I think ChatGPT could have given better responses. It's not helpful and I'm really disappointed that when I gave feedback to them, they never tried to solve it, I even write an email to ask for refund few months ago, I haven't heard back from them until now.
Long story short, the experience is awful, I DON'T recommend it at all and I hope other would not have to experience this in the future.

Thank you, Sean, for an amazing session today. You put me at ease and managed to show me where I could improve my CV in the most descriptive and assuring way. Can not wait to continue our journey together

My first session with Janette was quite amazing. It was an insightful and eye opening experience. Also very Engaging and interactive. I got a constructive review and feedback about my CV and how it can be improved to increase my chances of landing interviews. I appreciate the level of support and guidance. Looking forward to the next session.

Ian has been a great help to me. During our first two sessions we have updated my CV, and he has informed me how to maximize my Cover Letter and LinkedIn when applying for jobs.

I'm looking forward to our next session.

I had been looking for guidance in my next career move after stagnating a bit in my current job and company. Had been through recruiters and the LinkedIn search, but wasnt getting the clarity i was searching for. Came across The Career Coach, and it turned out to be the best decision i made! Luckily i was paired with Ian as my coach, and we got on great, and developed trust very quickly. Ian helped me navigate every step of the way, as we explored all potential career moves that would best suit me. From different roles, to different industries, and really coming full circle through the whole process.

My CV and LinkedIn profile needed a lot of work, as had been 10 years since moved company, but Ian was an expert on this front, and how to best apply for jobs to give me the best opportunity to get interviews.
We then did prep interviews, and everything was Tailormade to the role and company i was interviewing with.

I am now about to start a new job in a different industry, one that I've always wanted to break into, and i couldnt have done this without Ian, and the career coach model!

Great concept for a company. It came to me at a time I needed it most and I’m glad I came across it when I did.

I recently had my first session with Sean Dolan, which was extremely insightful and productive. Sean was not only helpful but also highly relatable, making the experience very comfortable. He provided a thorough review of my CV, offering detailed and constructive feedback that has been invaluable in refining and improving my resume.

I have had a number of sessions with Laura regarding CV writing and improving my LinkedIn profile. She has been such a big help and support through-out my search for a job! I did finally get a position and this is thanks to the insights and invaluable advice that she provided. I would definitely recommend The Career Coach to assist with your job search!

Janette is my Career coach and I have had two sessions with her, She is very professional and is helping me build a great CV, The service is exceptional with them.

I only had my first session with Laura, but she was very helpful. She helped me with my CV and my LinkedIn page. and she promised to review my next application documents.

Janette helped me with my CV in my first session. She patiently and honestly answered all my questions and step by step process planned for me. Recommended for people who are looking for a job and need advice and follow up to secure it.

I will like to thank Janette Alvarez , she was the mentor attached to me from the career coach team. She was very helpful in preparing me for interviews and editing my cv and LinkedIn. With her help and adequate preparation I was able to secure a job . The career coach program is a good one.

I got the opportunity to talk with Ian,and he took me through the Cv,LinkedIn and cover letter process which was very informative...It was a learning experience.
Am glad to be working with him.

Highly recommended if you feel you are stagnating professionally and not getting interviews and/or jobs. In career coach, the programme provides you with useful tools and practical exercises to understand how the job market works and how hiring works. You can understand how to make a proper CV, a cover letter and you also have a private coach who discusses with you where you are, where you need to go and how to do it.
This programme doesn't do anything for you that you have to do for yourself.

Fantastic first session
Really changed how I thought about all components of a job application and the role each serves. Looking forward to what is coming next
