Fantastic customer service and amazing quality cake

I had to bring forward a special celebration and had less than 24 hours to organise a cake but really wanted something impressive. From the first point of contact with the Cake people, they were lovely, kind and extremely helpful. I spoke with Joanne- she called me straight back and agreed to make a cake in a rush. She was extremely understanding.
The midnight red velvet cake was absolutely AMAZING. The icing is really velvety and smooth and you can tell it is good quality. I dont usually like any kind of icing and cant get enough of this. And the ganache in the middle is so rich and delicious!
Highly recommend.

Great staff, Great cakes

We are very happy with the Cake People and highly recommend. We have purchased many cakes over the last 6yrs. Most recent was a Minecraft cake with 18 mini Minecraft cakes for 10yr old birthday. Everything was perfect. Staff are also pleasant to communicate with. Very happy customer.

Amazing experience!

It was my first time ordering, but the process was really simple! The cake was created so beautifully and the taste was amazing! It was the perfect cake for this milestone event! The birthday girl was absolutely elated!!! 😊

Very Impressed

Easy online ordering, fantastic communication from order to pickup, reasonable pricing and most of all it tasted delicious! (I ordered the biscoff cake for my daughter’s 18th) Thanks guys very happy!

Lemon cake A+

Cake tasted amazing and looked exactly as described. Easy ordering process and delivery was within the proposed delivery schedule. Very pleased overall and will definitely use them again in the future.

Beautiful wedding cake

The Cake People created a beautiful wedding cake for Jaspreet & my wedding. They even transported it down to our wedding venue and decorated it on site at Inverloch. Our guests loved the cake. It was a hit. We appreciate the Cake People in contributing to our special day.
