Recently quit smoking and using vapes. I haven't a clue what I'm doing and ordered off the back of a recommendation of a flavour someone was using.
When the order arrived I emailed to ask if the ml was correct. Got an email back straight away explaining where i had gone wrong with my order and advice/help on what i needed to get the mg I wanted, even got a free shipping code on the things i missed when ordering the first time (which weren't expensive)
Above and beyond, excellent customer service. Thank you.
Won't shop anywhere else for my vaping needs.

Price advertised 11.99 when u put in basket it jumps to 13.49, is it because there's a discount code for Xmas, I don't know but won't be ordering till its fixed, seen your reply but I don't get it, my total order usually adds upto 20 quid when I've added on nicotine, maybe I hadn't noticed before

Hi Darren,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review mate, we appreciate all positive and negative feedback as it helps us to improve our service. I'm truly very sorry you've had a 1 star experience with us.
The way the pricing works for our 250ml Shortfills is a bit different to most products as it's a completely customised item. £11.99 is the base price of the product (the same price as our 250ml Brews Shots which is essentially what the 250ml Shortfill is before any customisation options are chosen). The price goes up when you choose your VG/PG ratio and nicotine strength - so for example, if you were to order a 70/30 3mg product, there is a £5 charge on top of the £11.99 to cover the VG, PG and 4x nicotine shots, at a discounted rate compared to if you were to buy each individual item separately and mix it yourself at home.
It's the best layout for us to have in order to offer the range of VG/PG ratios and nic strengths that we offer to be able to cater for as many people as we can. I hope this explains it a bit better, please feel free to shoot me an email to sales@thebrewsbros.co.uk and I can explain in more detail.
Thanks again,
Codi
EDIT: Hi Darren, could you pop me an email please mate so I can explain in more detail? I only have your name on here with no contact info so I just want to check your previous orders and see what's going on for you and hopefully get to the bottom of it.
