The Book Of Everyone Arvostelua 1 916

I recently ordered the book of everyone for an old friend. Some of the pages were a bit tricky to change/input but I got a response fairly quickly and got help. The result was great, a lovely book, although a little expensive for what it is, and hardback would have been another £10 on top - maybe revise cost of what is a fairly thin paperback book in the end? Nice and a bit different though.

Was brought for a birthday present I paid extra for the delivery and it’s still not even been dispatched yet and is needed for this Friday the books aren’t even cheap so they could at least get them out on time

I ordered a map for an anniversary gift. Although I carefully reviewed the processing times and paid for expedited shipping, it didn’t arrive when I hoped. Once I did receive it, there was a small imperfection in the print underneath the frame. I alerted their customer service team and they quickly worked to send a replacement. I appreciated the effort to rectify the situation quickly. The map looks great and it went over very well with the recipient.

My experience with book for everyone has been amazing. They are all so talented and helpful especially Dominika. They helped me create a fantastic book and video for my beautiful daughters 21st birthday in February she is going to be overwhelmed. This site helps dreams come true and in this Covid world we are living in at the moment is like a breathe of fresh air. My daughter us having to spend her 21st in lockdown but this will boost her to see her family and friends on video will be like having them in the room. Hi I got this book for everyone for my daughters 20th birthday, it took me days to make it exactly how I wanted it as only had access to my mobile, but that was fine I enjoyed this. Anyway all was good and easy with delivery etc no problem at all. Gave it to my daughter she loves it so do I it looks good excellent quality, every time she reads it she finds something that she’s not read before, I’m so over the moon with this purchase and would 100% recommend this for any occasion Thank you to everyone at book for everyone keep up the good work xx

Days after placing my order I've had no contact from the company. I don't know whether this has been printed, whether I will receive this gift in time or if I will need to make alternative arrangements.

Massive stress, the whole process isn't pleasant.

They have such good customer service
I ordered from Pakistan and had hurdles with online payment but the product is totally worth it!! An amazing idea, highly recommended as a gift!

I went to purchase one of the maps, although I felt £40 was the upper end of what I’d want to pay for a novelty gift, i was prepared to pay it. UNTIL I realised that it did NOT include the frame. All of your advertising makes it look like the frame is included but it’s not! If you want this gift it costs a minimum of £75!!! Do not pay this! You can do it yourself for less than £20!

Although as a business I also agree that you need to make money. Equally I feel that you can’t charge people for the love and passion you have for your product, that should come naturally and is ultimately free. A top tip... reduce you crazy margin to a good margin and your profits will soar.

A lovely quirky product/keepsake ordered for my anniversary...........unfortunately it didn't arrive in time, and then it didn't arrive at all.
Fully refunded but the service was appalling and typical of the "just good enough"attitude that you get in the UK. This company won't last long in the service industry if that is what they call service. BLOODY RUBBISH!

I can’t even begin to express what an amazing experience I had.
I came across this site on Facebook. I was a little nervous at first since I have had a bad experience.
I decided to order a gift for my husband for our anniversary. I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to work the site. I sent in a request after messing it up and after purchasing it on a Friday after hours.
Of course, I was in a panic.
They immediately they put a hold on it and first thing Monday I was contacted by Susi Stace.
I still continued to have issues, operator error, over the next couple of day’s. Susi continued with the patience of a saint constantly answering my emails and even fixing this for me. I felt so bad as I was so clueless.
I can’t express how amazing Susi was and in the end made my gift absolutely perfect!!!!
I don’t normally write reviews but I couldn’t resist. In the times we live and with so much going on, I had to leave this review.
I will order again in the future and have shared my experience with many of my friends.

I ordered a book for my best friends 50th birthday. I gave her the book yesterday and she loved it. As an added bonus we got to do a video collection, no limits on the amount of videos to upload, we had friends upload their own little video message, and this was viewed yesterday, producing lots of laughter, and was especially poignant with being in lockdown so they couldn’t be there in person on the day.
I contacted the team a couple of times during the making of the video and they were always quick to respond. Very helpful.
The book itself is great, I ordered the paperback version and it is really good quality.
I would definitely recommend this. The only criticism is that maybe more options to choose from when wanting to change one of the pages. I would have liked to change a couple more pages but there wasn’t enough to choose from that were suitable. Apart from that, all great.

Absolutely love this! I’m so excited to pass the book on as a gift! Have to wait though as postage was super quick. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The Book of Everyone looks great but I'm having a lot of problems communicating with the team to answer queries including my choice of accompanying gift card that keeps disappearing/reappearing on their page/my order. It's quite hard to explain over email and as they take 72 hours to respond - I've replied seeking further clarification and don't know if I'll need to wait another 72 hours. I started this process on Monday for a birthday this Sunday so this will now be late and/or finding an alternative will be a hassle. It would help if I could talk to someone on the phone and quickly. Please can someone look into this

This is the third book I have given for a “Milestone “ Birthday. All the recipients enjoyed the books. All were delivered on time and beautifully wrapped. The latest book is the first time I used the video option, during this time of COVID-19, it was a great addition.

I bought a map of everyone for my son to commemorate a wonderful trip with him to Amsterdam (my first visit) to see a rock concert. The map is fabulous and was easy to create, adjust and personalise. While these maps are not cheap, they are certainly very good quality and a unique way of remembering a special occasion.

I was leery about purchasing, however I did.

I was pleased with the email updates regarding my book.

Once delivered, I noticed the book was missing 5-6 pages at the end. I then went through the book in its entirety and compared it to what I actually created and realized that pages are missing/out of order in the beginning as well.

You’d think after the review process, this would eliminate errors... but apparently not.

This is very disappointing as this was a birthday gift, now delayed. I’ve contacted customer service in hopes this issue will be resolved.

Received a damaged frame with my order, but James at The Book of Everyone took care of me, exceeding expectations. Not only was he prompt in his response to my claim, he was more than accommodating. He had his production team rush me out a new order as soon as possible. As a paying customer, even though I had a damaged product, the customer service alone made up for it tenfold. I will definitely use The Book of Everyone for future gifts.
