Buongiorno compro da loro minimo 20 anni avevo iniziato con negozio fisico poi sempre on line e in tutti questi anni non ho mai e dico mai ricevuto un buono sconto o anche un buono fedeltà sono tantissimi anni e spendo anche molti soldi non faccio ordine da poco.......e la linea muschio bianco mai e dico mai messa in offerta è vergognoso pensando tanto al cliente serve la compra comunque......gli ordini vengono consegnati dopo tantissimo tempo e più di una volta mi sono arrivati rotti ma rimborsati

I visited the store in McArthur Glenn in York today (6 April). I was served by Beth, the new manager there. She's a credit to the company - very friendly and happy to help. We got chatting and she offered to make up some samples that I might find helpful. I was blown away by how kind and caring she was, and it truly made my day. I really hope this feedback filters back to her, as she deserves to know how much it meant to me. Thanks Beth for making me feel so special!

I placed an order as some of my previous for 5 products of shower gel for a birthday present, disaster I was delivered 60mm units. A bit like paint samples.
What a stupid offering there is 2 shower shots only and a major embarasment.
I now realsise they have introduced this miscue 60mml offer where allway the minimal was100. As previous buyer I did not look at the quantiles as it was I never had to do.
Bad experance.

Website won't let me order. Once I've put all my details in, it gives me a very vague message of "There was an issue creating your order. Try again, or contact us for more details." The support on the chat is an AI chatbot that makes you jump through hoops verifying yourself then just told me to restart my browser. I tried 2 different browsers and my phone and got the same thing so either their site is broken or perhaps they've decided I'm dodgy. I went back to the chatbot and it's just not responding anymore. There is no phone number so I've had to give up.

Extremely strongly perfumed body butters. Smells cheap and unnatural. Huge disappointment.

I'm an original Body Shop fan (loved their pionering ethical ethos in the 1980s) but I stopped being a customer when Anita Roddick sold it to L'Oreal (who just weren't a good fit and didn't "get" the brand). The company has been through a hard time since then. It's changed hands several times, and nearly went into administration in 2024. However, the new owners seem to have a much better handle on The Body Shop's original brand values. I recently visited their Brighton store again and started trying their products. I'm happy to report that some of them are great and the brand's ethical values are front and centre again. I've been using their almond milk hand balm (being older now I suffer from dry hands) and it's excellent. They really are the OG in the ethical beauty space and I hope their revival is a success.

I would review 0 . Customer service don't response . Still waiting for them to response.

He comprado mi colonia de toda la vida, el White Musk, lo dejé de comprar porque cambiaron el aroma, pero leí que habían vuelto a hacer la original y es verdad, estoy encantada. Recomiendo.
La empresa se ha ido al garete en algunos países pero en España sigue activa, todo bien.

The reason I am not really satisfied with the customer care resolution with The body Shop International is because nothing was resolved & the product that I was supposed to have ordered still got sent out to me. Something that I didn’t want or need. The same as the Subscription that I apparently wanted & had no knowledge/acceptance of. Each of these things were done without my permission or consent.
All of this done on 28/1/26 whilst I was abroad at 2.10 in the morning.
I hope this never happens to anyone else.
A total inconvenience. Whilst the advisor assured me with an apology, I find this all very worrying & frustrating that I have subscribed to something of which I had no knowledge & the payment taken out of my account to.

Soy clienta de The Body Shop desde hace más de 20 años. Tras el cierre de la tienda física en mi ciudad (León), la compra online es la única opción disponible.

Desde hace más de un año no puedo acceder a mi cuenta en la web y me veo obligada a comprar como invitada, perdiendo todos los beneficios del programa de fidelización. Atención al cliente se limita a indicar que los puntos solo pueden usarse en tienda física, una opción inexistente en mi ciudad.

El resultado es que, pese a ser clienta de larga trayectoria, quedo excluida del programa de fidelización sin solución, sin alternativa y sin compensación. Una gestión deficiente y muy alejada de la imagen de marca que The Body Shop pretende transmitir.

There are so many products on the market that promise great results at a fraction of the price .Some of the items I bought were disappointing , for example, the cleanser had that unmistakable “expired product” smell, which was really off‑putting. And the lavender massage oil barely smelled like lavender at all, even though the scent is the whole point of creating a relaxing experience.

They made a huge deal about going 100% vegan, but after they posted about it and made a huge campaign around it, they quietly started using animal derived ingredients again without mentioning it. Liars who clearly don't care about animals or ethics, only their bottom line.

Ordered £61 worth of items. Someone else's order came and when I phoned them to get it sorted they told me alot of my order was out of stock. I asked to be fully refunded, they said this would happen when they had received the parcel that I was returning. So not only sent me the wrong order, made me return it, but held on to my money until it was received. This is the last time I will order from the body shop. Poor show.

Ho messo una stella perché obbligatorio altrimenti neanche quella avrei messo. Ho ordinato un olio il 29 NOVEMBRE 2025 (era un regalo di natale). Ad oggi 30 Dicembre 2025 nessun pacco arrivato e l’addetta (Antonella) continua a prendermi in giro dicendo già da due volte “oggi hanno sbloccato le pedane”. Pessimo servizio clienti. Pessimo negozio. Non acquisterò mai più. Si dovrebbero solo vergognare. Purtroppo non posso chiedere il rimborso perché mia sorella ha dei problemi psichici e vuole per forza quest’olio. Dopodiché troverò un dupe o qualcosa. Spero fallisca.

Ho ordinato online in data 18/12/2025 un profumo da regalare a mia figlia per Natale.
Sono stata avvisata via mail da un’addetta (Antonella) che ci sarebbero stati dei ritardi, ma ad oggi 30/12/2025 non ho ancora ricevuto il pacco né ho potuto tracciarne la spedizione.
Riporto di seguito il testo della mail ricevuta il 22/12/2025:
“Il Suo ordine è stato spedito dai nostri magazzini maltesi, la consegna sarà intorno al 24/29 dicembre. La prima parte della spedizione è via nave e non è monitorabile. Bartolini invierà 24/48 ore prima della consegna un’email con il tracking.”
Ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da Bartolini né informazioni utili sulla consegna.
Ho appena inviato una richiesta di rimborso e sono in attesa di riscontro.
03/1/2026 aggiornamento: ieri 02/1/2026 mi è arrivato il pacco.

On the 26/10/25 I bought a mango pre-packed mango box of 5 items in the Worthing. Sussex shop.
I wrapped and gave it to my 13 year old GD for a Christmas gift.
When she opened the packaging at Christmas the box was completely empty.
I went into the shop with the empty box, they apologised &replaced the 5 items that should have been in the box but did not even offer a small gift /token for the inconvenience & disappointment/ etc.
I thought this was terrible customer service, for this reason I shall never shop there again.

Customer service: 0/5

Placed an order for a certain amount to get a complimentary gift. The gift was never sent. Would not have ordered that much if it wasn't for the free gift.

No explanation from them, no apology. Customer service does not answer emails AT ALL.

What is customer service doing? Not buying again online - will never get a reply to help resolve the issue.

Vorrei dare 0. Una vergogna. Dal 27 novembre attendo il pacco. Danno la colpa a Bartolini, dicendo che la pedana e' a Ragusa dal 4 dicembre. Mah. Li consiglierei di cambiare corriere, anche se io non ho mai avuto problemi/ritardi con Bartolini. Era un regalo di natale. Mai piu'. Ho chiesto il rimborso.
