No confirmation of order, no response to emails, no pick up on repeated calls, now claiming a refund via PayPal.
I would not use this bike shop, see other similar experiences

Non delivery of ordered goods. No comms.
Ordered new wheel on 8th July. Hasn’t arrived and no response to any communication attempts. Considering raising case with trading standards as i see my experience is not isolated.

Placed an order on the website for some…
Placed an order on the website for some tektro olive and barbs item says in stock this was the 7th June and one month later still have no delivery! When ringing multiple times over the course of the month I got through once to be told the person who can deal with this is on holiday but they would still be able to resolve/get in contact with me over a week later still nothing left voicemails and still no contact from them! Have had to resort to opening a case on PayPal to get my money back. Be warned this company is horrendous to deal with! Look at all the negative feedback it's not just a one off

Still have not received my order. Several emails ignored and when I phoned the store they palmed me off saying the system was slow and they would call me back but never did. Absolutely avoid.

Road Bike Servicing
I cannot comment on online orders but I regularly take my road bikes there to be serviced and find them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They have even ordered specialist part of components for them so that I can get back out on the road. Highly recommended 👍

Neither sent products nor replied to email
I ordered some products online, but they never arrived, and the shop didn’t reply to my email.
Several online stores are trustworthy and reliable: 7hundred, Condor, Sigma, Tredz, Cyclestore, SJS, and Merlin. I recommend any of them over The Bike Lounge Notts.

AVOID! No product delivered and no refund!
AVOID! They take your money but don’t ship the order. I placed an order 3 weeks ago - helmet padding. Weighs about 50grams but paid £5 for delivery. No reply to emails and no order shipping information (let alone delivery).
