A caring company with a big heart!!

Great customer service experiences are rare these days so it was lovely to be treated well, communicated with promptly and helpfully over my order. I felt cared for and valued.
Many of the products are bespoke memorials and so they are precious purchases. There is a real sense of empathy and understanding that comes with them.

Love hearts frame

We ordered the personalised love hearts wooden frame for a Mother’s Day present. It is lovely, well made and very good value for money. My grandson bought it for his mum snd she loves it. Don’t hesitate to buy.

The work was well done

The work was well done, the only thing I asked was if they could add a few words on the back, but I never got an answer if they could or could not do it, it would be nice if they could confirm it.

I ordered the love heart plaque

I ordered the love heart plaque, it is such a beautiful gift. My order arrived within 2 days, the communication I received from the company was brilliant. They were very quick responding and nothing was too much trouble. The gift is high quality and would definitely recommend.
