ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
It's a scam and nothing arrived even almost 2 months later. Struggling to get a refund and they don't respond to emails

Nothing arrived, total scam. Waste of money, I’m still fighting to get my money back two months later.

STUPID scam ordered a set of three sticky bras on march 5th and it’s currently July! I emailed customer service and there was no reply so emailed again and still no reply! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I really wanted these for summer please send them and I’ll remove review

I ordered a pair of shoes. I never received them. The shoes price were 98 dollars, they charged me 110 dollars and instead of the shoes, I received a cheap pair of earings shipped from China...At least they have a good sense of humor. SCAMS! STAY AWAY.

I would like to do zero stars - never received product

Ordered a product start of February and still no item delivered, when contacted customer services was told to use tracking number which never updates doesn’t even show the product in transit and it’s been nearly 8 weeks.
If I could have given no stars then I would as this company is a complete waste of time and just takes your money without delivering the products being shown and sold.
Stay well clear and don’t waste your time or your money!.

Usually do not offer from unknown companies..but made this mistake as liked some product. Wish had not as the product has no been delivered nor any geniune contact of the company as phone no. Lost the money as it was ore paid...🙄 Email seems to be a fraud. The site now I too feel is a big scam and others should be careful. Wish had read these reviews before ... And not ordered. Feel cheated. 😡

Ordered today. Paid money by card But no respose .. mob no fake . E mail fake. Please be care ful. Bad experience. Hope they get caught. So others don't get cheated

I ordered today let's see if I will get my product or not. I hope I will. They are taking our hard earned money. This is very bad. Bad luck never leaves me. Sad life. They are playing with people trust. Not good.

Very bad site please please don't order anything from the bellerose site it is totally fraud. I have ordered some items but not received any email or order number

I ve sent for 2 tops last week they took my money immediately but never sent me an email to verify my order. Am waiting to see how long it takes to get my order and when or if it does I will be making a statement about my experience over all social media. Let's just wait and see

I wish I had read all of this before I placed an order

Companies like this should be stopped from trading after a certain amount of bad reviews

Comprei um bikini que recebi hoje e fica-me muito grande. Teria que ser um M. Pelo que vi, infelizmente, não posso trocar. Está mal está política vossa uma vez que agora não sei que fazer ao artigo com o qual não estou satisfeita.

Terrible shipping experience in the Amsterdam store. The woman who works there is an absolute nightmare, she knows nothing about customer service or customer experience (nor does she want to sell her stuff apparently). She mistreated and attacked me for simply asking whether they were running the same promo they had online. I will not go back to the store anytime soon if I am met with that kind of unprofessional and unwelcoming service.

Horrible! Took over three months to get. The dress is made out of some weird material similar to canopy or windbreaker. It has no care information attached regarding material or how to clean it. Arrived with a horrendous odor. BAD! I won’t even give this away. It’s headed for the garbage.

Please don’t order from this company. The clothes are a joke. Please do not order 🤬🤬

SCAM SCAM SCAM screw this company. Waited 2 months for a dress I now know is not going to arrive. I hope these reviews can stop others from making the same mistake.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Almost two months since I ordered two tops and a pair of shorts, it finally arrived. The bags the items came in are disgustingly dirty, as if dug up from the dirt. All items were two or three sizes too big. I’m just baffled - how do you get the sizing SO WRONG? And then when I tried to email them about it to get a refund, of course, it did not go through. Their email DOES NOT WORK. It sends you an error message. So, I tried their website. Nothing. You’ll never even be able to send them a message through there because it says that the verification code is invalid no matter how many times you change the captcha code. THEBELLEROSE IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I’m literally just going to throw everything away because I would never wear it even if it were free.
