Excellent knowledge and range.
Our second mattress from them. We are very confident in their ability to help us make the best choice.

From the moment I stepped into the shop, Nick couldn't have been more helpful. I tried so many beds until he found the right one for me. I was in the shop for well over two hours making my choice. The bed has now been delivered by Nick's team, and is so comfortable, thanks to Nick's help. I also ended up buying a mattress protector and two new pillows, there is so much to offer at 'The Bed Specialist'. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team to anyone if you want to ensure you 'get it right'. Also I could park right outside the shop and just felt it was all such a personal service. Well done team :-)

The mattress we believed we ordered was labelled on the website as medium. When said mattress arrived there is no label on the mattress Indicating any reference to its rating let alone medium. we have contacted Bed specialists to ask if there is possibly a mistake, because its like sleeping on the floor. They responded with it takes 2 weeks to settle. I have purchased a memory foam topper to save my sanity but alas no comfort is to be found on this mattress. And we have to bin it. I feel the bed specialists are selling products that possibly are not what they seem on the website. There is zero return policy with this company.

It is wonderful to walk into a family owned business which has a real place in the local community and displays a real pride in their history.

Service is brilliant, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Delivery on time and with no problems at all

Would definately recommend The Bed Specialist

Absolutely outstanding service in every respect. We experienced wonderful customer service, clear unbiased advice, no hard sell. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were very impressed by the quality of the products and the knowledge and professionalism shown. We were made extremely welcome and not pressurised into making any decisions. Ultimately we purchased a rather splendid mattress and will definitely use the Bed Specialist again 😊

We decided to buy our new mattress from a local family company hoping for a more personalised experience and advice due to suffering from a painful back. We weren't disappointed, not rushed, lots of advice, lots of choice and no pressure! We haven't actually slept on our new mattress yet but am confident we will get a good night sleep when we do. I would, and have, recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress or pillow to shop here!

We have always used the Huish Bed Specialist company with confidence. Their service is impeccable from ordering to delivery, the atmosphere is calm to enable you to select your bed/mattress and the staff have thorough knowledge of each bed. It’s then delivered, assembled quietly and efficiently and any packaging is taken away. Guidance and help with choosing your bed is always given if needed. A good feeling to support a local family company.

Great service from The Bed Specialist when purchasing a new rattan headboard. It was made to order and I was kept informed during the manufacturing process. Delivered today, the headboard looks great. Very pleased with my purchase!

We’ve bought several mattresses from The Bed Specialist over the past 30+ years and the service and professionalism has always been excellent.

The sales team are extremely knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in getting the right mattress for you. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a purchase but glad we did as we are really pleased with our new mattress.

The delivery was quicker than expected and, again, the service was excellent.

Found the Bed Specialist while looking for some hard to find pillows; called them to check availability, was promptly and courteously assisted, and received the desired pillows less than 36 hours later. Excellent service, highly recommended.
