Brilliant service, absolutely stunning parasol will definitely being looking to purchase another very soon

Great communication and personal message

Disappointing. A couple of days after I placed the order I received an email to say the item was out of stock. I received the refund but it really bugs me when websites advertise items that are not in stock especially when I try very hard to support smaller independent retailers.

Beautiful umbrellas and very friendly service.

I purchased a parasol last year and love it that much I purchased another this year along with a beautiful base. Delivery was quick and great communication from the team. I would definitely recommend, your garden will look beautiful and will stand out 😎

Absolutely stunning parasol. So pleased with it

Delightful, friendly, efficient service, beautiful product, and I was kept informed regarding the time frame for delivery. Excellent all round.

Not very happy “again” second time I’m ordering this umbrella only to be disappointed “again” that I’m NOT going to get it. This time delay is due to Ramadan which I’m rather perplexed about, they should have stated online there would be delays! Ramadan happens every year! It means I have to wait over 6 weeks I’ve just been told (end of May) huge disappointment. :(
Last time I ordered online and paid, only to be told afterwards it was out of stock & had to be refunded!

The parasol arrived with a bag of adornments and no instruction how to fix them to the parasol

This is the second parasol we've bought and we love it. Arrived within a couple of days - couldn't be more satisfied!

This umbrella is absolutely stunning! So delighted with it, thank you. Should I store it inside when it’s raining?

Quick delivery, great communication throughout and got a great bargain.

Beautifully packaged and swift delivery I was so excited to receive a touch of Bali handmade and stunning item

Excellent customer service

Ordered weeks ago and still not delivered and no feedback as to why....

Beautiful parasol. I can’t wait for the sunshine so I can put it up

Very efficient and friendly service. Sustainably packaged which is a big plus to me. Will definitely use them again

Fabulous company to buy from , From start to finish, Alison was a delight to deal with and speak too. So lovely and friendly. I just love my parasol and base and I may just have to order another parasol ☂️

Stunning parasol; such a beautiful statement piece.

Beautiful Parasol. The craftmanship is exquisite and I love the fact they are not mass produced. The customer service and communication were excellent and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. I will definitely be ordering another one next season.
