Excellent service

I bought this for my daughter who is due April. So not be used yet . But the quality of the baby nest is lovely . The service was excellent. Was out off stock when I tried to order requested a email when back in stock. Received email to say back in stock ordered it that day and was delivered the next day.

Fabulous products and service!

I wanted a moses basket for a last minute gift. Email communication was swift and pleasant. Received my delivery the next day and it so very beautiful!
My friend was delighted with her gift, and all her visitors were amazed at the beauty of it!

I unfortunately had a really awful experience with DHL, they kept delaying my delivery and providing inaccurate updates. Nicol from The Baby Den was quick to respond and was available to help resolve the issue. I have finally received my Moses basket and it is absolutely beautiful, the quality is unreal. Thank you !

Ordered a nest with frill and bow details. Such gorgeous quality. My daughter loved it for our first granddaughter

Ordered the cover for the baby car seat. It arrived as stated and was packaged lovely along with a small packet of love heart sweets, what a lovely touch. The car seat cover is beautiful and soft. I cannot wait to give it to my niece for the new baby when it arrives.

I had a small problem with my stand, customer service had it sorted out within an hour. So helpful, I really appreciate the aftercare. A truly wonderful experience! Highly recommend.
