Terrible customer service! Do not use this company the phone cases touch screens don’t work. Customer service is non existent. They make it difficult to return their less than satisfactory products.

Case lasts a long time; this is my second one. Nothing was wrong with the first one except for some wear, so I decided to replace it. I don't carry a purse anymore, just this wallet. The only recommendation I have is to add a place to carry a pen.

Delivery was not super quick but worth the wait. The case is quick robust so no worries about the phone breaking if I drop it. Considered OtterBox/lifeproof but I found this case superior because of the wrist strap and the kickstand option was a nice touch. The case has a rubber grip to keep it in your hand safely but not ‘sticky’ so still slips easily in a pocket. Someone indicated it didnt work with wireless charging (lay flat on charging station) but I had no issue with mine. Also the side mute button was a little tricky at first but after a few tries had no problem. If you don’t mind a larger profile phone case, this is the way to go!

The case is awesome. My only suggestion is faster shipping and response to orders. It really shouldn’t take a week to get a phone case.

Don't believe the hype. This case is NOT rugged. From ordering online the shipment was delayed and they tried to blame on supply chain. It tool several attempts before someone replied bc eventhough I paid for tracking, there was NONE. Then within 30 days the hinge came off. Within 60 days the top cover plastic screen is cracked. Over rated & NOT rugged.

I wanted an extremely rugged case for my IPhone 14 Pro. The Armour Case is exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the product. I am also pleased with all communications with the company. Rachelle was very responsive, every time I sent an email. My only negative comment is the delivery was exhaustingly long. For the long delivery I discounted one star.

After using it for a while I discovered that the screen does NOT allow me to press for more options like copy, forward and etc.

Great customer service from a response standpoint. The product while very strong, lacks certain critical elements that would otherwise make this an outstanding product. It isn't compatible with charging stations, that you can lay the phone on, and the left side switch to turn on/off the vibrating system simply doesn't work. I had a friend who also purchased this, and had the same issues. Because of this, I can't use the product, and had to go back to UAG.... Bummer because this is a well built product.

I love my Armour case. I am extremely rough on my case and it has always protected my phone. One issue though, extra screws need to be available for purchase or send another set with the phone. Those little guys work their way out and get lost. Great product but the longevity of adding screws would be appreciated. I have had mine for about a year.

I had a great experience overall with the website. I also like the design and feel of the product. i am definitely going to recommend this site and product to others. i will also be ordering another case for my other phone because i like it so much. the only issue I did have was that it took a little long for the shipping. other wise product itself, to me, was a 5 of 5. but the long mail time was a drawback.

This company has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered a case for my phone on March 18th and I've had nothing but a run around with them I will never do business with this company again and I guess I just lost 80 bucks

Terrible communication and follow up, good luck if you want to make a return.

I ordered a case end of January, 2 weeks later I emailed customer support for shipping info and got no response. Another week later I emailed again and was told the item has shipped and they would send tracking info. After another week of silence I requested my order be canceled and refunded. No response again then finally on week 5 the item arrived albeit in the wrong color. Case quality is average at best. I would give customer service negative -5star rating and a 1 start for the quality of the item received.

Well I ordered a 100W Foldable Samsung Charger and it was not what I got. I got a 15 Watt Max charger built cheaply despite their $50 price tag. Could have gotten one cheaper from the dollar store. Their "Star Reviews" on their site are all bogus. Scroll to the bottom there are no reviews left on the site.
