The Aligned Studio Arvostelua 

I absolutely love any kind of challenge to keep me motivated so I’m so glad I joined the Summer Loving Challenge!

This challenge was so easy to fit in around my already very busy lifestyle and it gave me the opportunity to slow down and focus on myself.

Unfortunately due to a really bad chronic pain flare up I couldn’t finish the challenge but as soon as I’m better I’ll be jumping straight back in where I left off because I loved the first week!

I love all of Lucy’s classes, they’re always really fun and just the right amount of challenging :)

As a Pilates teacher in training, I luckily stumbled across Lucy and The Aligned Studio on TikTok and found her to be quite inspiring and her classes to be varied and engaging.

When the Challenge rolled around, I thought it was a great opportunity to strengthen my practice and join a wonderful community. As someone who has always been into spin classes and strength training, Pilates has become a place where I can find solace on my mat, and break away from the intense corporate world and my manic schedule.

I love adding the 10 minute classes into my daily routine, as a way to start (or sometimes end) my day, and those intense classes, feeling my body first shake, then get stronger as the weeks went on!
 
I think the challenge was well set up, good flexibility within the weeks and the platform is very user friendly, easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend Lucy and The Aligned Studio to everyone, and can’t wait for the next challenge! 💕

I joined The Transform Challenge with Lucy at The Aligned Studio to build consistency, become stronger and be my best self. Before starting, I struggled with maintaining a routine. The combination of a group chat and printed tracker made all the difference, boosting my motivation and accountability. Over six weeks I’ve noticed a real transformation: my core is stronger, my energy levels are up, and I feel fitter overall. Starting my day off with Pilates has set a positive tone. I feel stronger for other activities like golf. The platform is excellent! Lucy is an encouraging and positive teacher with a fantastic variety of sessions - everything from 10-minute workouts to more intense ones, covering the whole body. I’ve developed a healthy, sustainable habit that I’ll continue. Highly recommend!

I joined The Aligned Studio after seeing it promoted on TikTok and after just 6 weeks it’s been not short of transformative! My goal was so strengthen and tone, alongside losing weight but in a realistic way, in-person sessions are out of reach so the virtual challenge was perfect and fit into my routine seamlessly! It’s safe to say I’ve smashed my goals with Lucy’s support and encouragement. To my surprise some days only involved a 10min video which has become the perfect start to my day and is now a non-negotiable part of my morning routine. Beyond the physical changes I feel calmer and more confident, I’ve realised you don’t need fancy gym or equipment to better yourself! The website is so user friendly and I love that you can filter classes by time and intensity level. This challenge has shown me the impact small, consistent efforts can make! Eagerly waiting for another one soon!

I really love using the aligned studio platform! Great value for money as the video gallery is so varied and ever growing! I love how you can filter down the amount of time/intensity etc in the gallery to find exactly what you’re looking for easily. The fact that the classes are filmed in the most gorgeous locations across Asia also is a massive bonus! I honestly think this motivates me to put them on more :)

Extremely helpful material! Just what I was looking for to bring me more confidence before taking my exam.

Such a hugely helpful set of documents for those learning to become a mat or reformer Pilates instructor. I’d also recommend to anyone who’d like to refine their teaching skills and methods.

I have tried so many different platforms for online Pilates. The Aligned Studio has been my favourite one, their classes have lots of variety, and instructions from Lucy are clear and thorough.
