Just finished the Sprint sessions with Gem and its been really great working with her. I have learnt how to be methodical (and patient) when it comes to testing and also what stats to look at. I also really loved that the sessions were flexible and we could dip in and out of my ads account in real time. Highly recommend if you’re just getting started with ads or if like me, you already have ads running but need to get more out of them. Thanks Gem!

Great advice from Gem! Showed me how to set up my Facebook ads from scratch during our Sprint sessions. Happy with the return on my investment. Will use Gem again in the future.

Gemma has been absolutely fantastic and has taken my revenue for one month and quadrupled it. I’m so impressed by what she’s done and has helped my business to have its most successful month to date. Would definitely recommend.

I suspect that Gemma knows her stuff and is great at her deep dive / power hour type accounts but if you are considering a fully managed contract please DON'T.

Communication is shocking - in fact pretty non existent. We paid £500 a month for three months and got a handful of sales. There were no monthly reports as promised and very little interaction from Gemma at all. Any response to messages or emails we did get were quite cold and unhelpful - and she completely blanked our social team when they reached out to help with creating content for the ads. Such a shame as we had high hopes after the first call with her. Don't be fooled by the constant ads she has out there promoting her services. It was a really disappointing experience and a total waste of money that we didn't have to throw away.

I wouldn't normally leave a negative review for a freelancer / small business that could be damaging to them (we all make mistakes sometimes) and I would have just put the experience down to her maybe being busy or taking too much on but the fact that we didn't even get a response to the email giving notice says it all really and is just rude.

Shame on freelancers like this exploiting small businesses trying to grow :-(

Gemma has transformed my business and I couldn’t be more grateful. Her understanding of both Meta and Google has been outstanding and my business has changed dramatically in the year I’ve been working with her. I am 10 months into my ad campaigns with Gemma and I haven’t looked back.

Fellow business owners should tread carefully with Gemma, she took me in with her instagram posts showcasing amazing results, once paid communication stopped, she did get an ad live and this produced 1 sale in 3 weeks, we took away her access after 5 days of no response to e-mails from my graphics guy and my tech lady and also myself, she did however respond within an hour of me commenting on her ads, then proceeded tp block amnd delete my comments.

So she is happy to post content blowing smoke up her arse, but blocks any from disgruntled owners.

I paid her £1400 and got 1 sale, and rather than deal with things like an adult, she flat out refused to give me a refund, so I'm lodging a claim in court to fight for my money.

The fact that she has no reviews on a 3rd-party platform she can't control is a major red flag, and there are many other 1-star reviews incoming from unhappy customers she has ripped off.
